From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt peaceful and relaxing--it instantly put me at ease. What a lovely experience. I was hunting a very specific look of which a few had turned me away. I didn't want the current bushy/full brows, but a leaner/finer look. Not only was she up for the challenge, she made it great. Just got back home, so I'll need to take a new photo in a few days once the tint has washed off my skin. Kristen is a lovely person to be with, very real, honest and high integrity. Not to mention over 20 years of experience. The price was more than fair, and I actually expected more. (Yes I tipped her). Put you trust in her and her salon, walk in and relax knowing what you need she can manage and work with you. Perfect business, lovely woman Kristen is. The two photos are 3 days later, no makeup at all, no brow pencil or color filler, no brow mascara, nothing and they are flawless. Tonight I visited for my usual brow treatment but also gave a 60 minute facial a try. It was amazing. I needed this relaxation for a while. They are very friendly and what I love is that prior to any service they make sure you get a free consultation where you can get to know them and vice versa. My consultation was with the esthetician and the nurse who does Botox. I appreciated them being willing to answer all questions about their licenses and sanitation practices!! They also have their current licenses displayed in full view. The nurse, esthetician and front desk staff were all really friendly and made you feel welcome. I wasn't pressured to do anything the day of my consultation- and I made my appointment for a hydro facial the following week. They are pricey, so I decided to go for the monthly membership which brought my total down from $222 (yikes!) to $155.00. And I got 50% off first time service. The hydro facial was comfortable and I already see results with my skin- especially my forehead area that was pretty congested and now looks smooth. She was gentle but extractions always hurt so there's that. She showed me what was coming out of my pores, which I wanted to see. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them and this facial. Oh, and when I told her what products I was using + asking for recommendations, she wrote down what she would suggest AND didn't try to push products on me. She was very honest and said "use up what you have and we can start introducing the new products later". She even recommended things from Target and not just their spa. I guess if I had any recommendation it would be I wish they played "spa music", they play some pretty upbeat instrumental- and I would have loved something more "spa sounds" lol! I then was scheduled with the doctor on a visit and he stated, okay, looks like you get 33 units. I was always suspicious that they were not being honest and gouging since Botox is charged by the unit. I quit using their services. I would not recommend.
