She never contacted me to reschedule, so two weeks later I started trying to reach her. It took a few tries to get her to respond and I finally got in. Most of my lashes came off within the week (even though I followed the instructions she gave me). When returning for my fill (which was included in the Groupon I purchased) she was not at her salon and when I tried to reach her, she did not respond to me.
