I do appreciate the touches of tea kettles and tea in the lounge area that are complimentary. They also have snacks and other things if you are there longer. This is standard practice at any SPA, no matter what part of the world you are in. Doesn't matter if you are at the Ritz, Woldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, or a resort in Europe, Asia, or South America. When you go to a spa, you automatically have access to all the spa's amenities. This includes tubs and saunas. There are no spa amenities here. If you are paying premium prices, you would expect a premium experience. Keep looking because you are not going to get that at Betty's Day Spa. To make matters worse, their customer service is horrendous! One would think that, if there is a medical emergency, they would allow you to at the very least reschedule your services. They do not. Thank goodness I do not live here and can go back to my normal masseuse next week.
