The hospitality and customer service is rude. The shop called the police on me because I was across the street selling gift baskets with no flowers. They said I was stealing business from them when I had no flowers. I was referring people to them because I didn't have flowers. If you check their site it says they are closed today. Never meant any disrespect and they could just walked across the street and had a normal conversation. It's Mother's Day and they are calling the police on other mothers.
The owner was so sweet and helpful!! I literally said " I need a bouquet for my moms birthday her, her favorite color is purple" gave her my budget and this is what she put together ! My mom absolutely loved it & I was very happy with the arrangement! 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be back !
Hi found this florist on Yelp because I wanted to brighten up a friend's day. I'm so glad I did. They made the most beautiful arrangement! My friend absolutely loved it. The ordering process on their website was so easy! I called the day of delivery and they were so friendly! The flowers actually looked even better than their sample picture! Would definitely use them again.
Kate and her team go out of their way to produce the most gorgeous arrangements. I arrived at this busy floral shop after speaking with the owner and ordered a beautifully floral cross for a funeral. It was stunning, and delivered right on schedule to the Singing Hills Memorial park. I will definitely return for happier occasions. I highly recommend Wild Orchid. They are Five Stars all the way for a reason. Thank you to Kate and her team!
Absolutely stunning arrangement delivered same day. Customer service was top notch. They ran out of white hydrangea, so the florist called me right away to discuss a substitution. Her selection was spot on. My friend loved her flowers.
What can I say about Kati and her team. They created a gorgeous casket spray for my father's funeral. I gave her a description of what I was looking for and the description of our casket. Katie put it together. I am grateful for what they did for our family. Thank you so much Katie definitely will recommend you to everyone that needs flower arrangements.

Had flowers delivered for my Mom's birthday and I am beyond impressed with how they turned out! I live almost 2 hours away from my Mom so I had to have a little faith that a local florist would make the arrangement look like advertised on their website, and boy did they! It turned out EXACTLY how I expected them to! I will forever use Wild Orchid Florist for my floral needs!

I turned to Wild Orchid for a funeral spray to be delivered for a Sunday service. I told them what colors I wanted and left it up to the designer to make it happen. The spray was so incredibly beautiful. The flowers were fresh and full, it was absolutely gorgeous. And it was large. I spent $250 and it looked like I easily spent 1000. It was stunning and so appropriate for the moment. The colors were bold and bright and brought a lightness to the moment. They perfectly reflected the joy and brightness of the person we lost. I can't thank Wild Orchid enough for such gorgeous flowers and spot on service. read more

I love support small businesses and this one is a gem. I wanted to pick up an arrangement this morning, but there wasn't anything I was looking for. So the girls made up this beautiful arrangement . Just tell them what type of flowers you want and voila. I highly recommend this florist. read more

I am so grateful to this place. I ordered a special orchid for my stepdad, who just had to put his dog down, not long after we lost my mother. They were so kind and made sure the orchid was beautiful. When my stepdad wasn't home for delivery, they called and left him a message, but also texted me to let me know it had been delivered, as well as to extend their condolences. They are so kind and sincere there and make beautiful arrangements. Can't thank you guys enough! read more

Shout out to this gem of a florist! I popped in after work needing a small bouquet to go with a card and a gift card for my parents' 59th anniversary. They whipped up a beautiful little bouquet that was just perfect! And the customer service was impeccable. Please support this wonderful local business! Called yesterday and spoke with a nice lady. Gave her the colors my wife likes, picked some examples of flowers arrangements I liked on their site, gave them a budget and they nailed and hit a home run. My wife loved the surprise delivery. Such a color arrangement! read more

Talk about a world-class Florist! I cannot say enough good about the quality and class that comes from this shop. Katie the owner goes above and beyond to make sure that the quality that comes out of this shop is above the rest. I came in on Thursday frantic because my daughter at the last minute needed a bridal bouquet and a boutonniere for her wedding the next day! Katie, The wonderful person she is totally took care of us. The next morning I picked up the most gorgeous bouquet and boutonniere. Just icing on the cake for my daughters perfect wedding! And we're talking some good icing! I would go nowhere else! This is another one of those companies with great business ethics. I ordered an arrangement for a good friend that I wanted to show my appreciation too. Since she lives in El Cajon I called the closest florist possible with a prayer that it would be a good one. To my Surprise and satisfaction I was extremely Happy. A beautiful fresh bouquet was delivered and it was so simple to do. I live in Los Angeles and wanted to send my mom (in Santee) flowers that looked better than 1800 flowers quality/price. The owner answered the phone pleasantly and answered all my questions. She transferred me to her point person Abby who understood every detail I shared, referring to a Yelp photo for inspiration as well as within my budget. The arrangement turned out amazing and both my mom and sister were eager to know where the flowers were from?! I love supporting a woman owned business that has dignity and style! Wild orchid has always made my anniversary, birthday, valentines, Mother's Day, arrangements. I have loved every single one here is the last one they just made for our 6th wedding anniversary. I was looking for flowers to order online. I went to my fellow Yelpers for help! The reviews for Wild Orchid Florist were the reason I looked at their site. The site was easy to navigate, the pictures were beautiful and it was easy to create my order for delivery for a 75th birthday party. I did call Wild Orchid Florist to confirm my order went thru the night before. Very nice customer service and I was assured they would take care of the arrangement and delivery. Just received a phone call from the birthday girl plus the pictures! She loved the arrangement. The flowers were beautiful! It is so hard to order flowers online but Wild Orchid Florist truly delivered what I saw on their site. read more

The best florist in El Cajon! Don't go any where else! So friendly and helpful and best of all AMAZING ARRANGEMENTS! Erin was sooooo helpful even though I was asking for some last minute help! Erin went above and beyond to get this arrangement to my mother on time for her birthday. I called from Orange County and she told me what flowers she had available and put together a unique and personalized bouquet. Support your local businesses and don't just order some random on line business but call Wild Orchid instead. Thank you Erin for making my mom's birthday so special! You are the best! read more

Katherine and her team were just absolutely amazing to work with! I walked into her floral shop with one thing in mind and came out with something completely different- her shop has some really great inspiration and she had a little corner that I just fell in love with. She was able to pick up on my vision really quickly and ran with it- this was such a relief because our venue was a DIY venue and it's hard to think of the little details but Katherine and her team really went above and beyond to pull the entire aesthetic together. I was contemplating on getting real flowers and then was thinking I could do it on my own.....so glad I didn't- this ended up being my favorite piece of the wedding and made the venue feel more romantic! I found Wild Orchid Florist when the pandemic just hit. A lot of flower shops were closed during this time and I needed sympathy flowers for a family friend. I made a couple of calls that day and the only business that picked up from my list was WOF. I was very grateful that Kate answered my call, was able to accommodate my order and most of all she made it safe for me to pick up my beautiful flower arrangement via curbside. My fiance and I hand delivered this beautiful arrangment to our family friends. Thank you for being part of their healing process and for the beautiful flower arrangement.
