I've been a customer here for a while and they have really fallen off. They are pushing their own "top shelf" products at an absolute premium ($50 1/8's) and to be honest, they are nowhere near that level of quality. I've tried several of their house strains and all have been meh at best. They used to be good at stocking other products, but not in a long time. I also had a friend who vapes and threw out a handful of their house carts after buying a bunch at their 50% off first time customer deal. Said he felt completely ripped off. Not much else to say. I ordered a Grape Pie cartridge a few weeks ago and then I ordered it again last week. The newer one must have been from a bad batch. I choke and find it to be like lighting a cigarette with a butane lighter. The second cartridge, Secret Mints flavor made me ask, "Where's the mint?" It lacked as well. We have been consistent customers, and I am not trying to get replacement product, I figured to Yelp! so you can see if anyone else feels the same about the two flavors I mentioned. read more

Purchased an eighth of Jet Fuel Gelato by Floracal as a part of a large purchase. When I opened the jar, I observed that the inner seal was missing and the flower was old and dried out. The supposed eighth was only 2.4 grams- obviously an employee had a good time in my dime! I've spent thousands at OutCo and this was the first time the open jar was so obvious. Came here for cartridges and asked for the best stuff they have. The budtender/ scam artist whipped out their house carts and I bought 4. WOW these suck! Within a couple hits it became clear these things are not very potent, but at least they worked! After about 10 hits though, a burnt taste began and since then it's been unusable due to the ridiculously high viscosity. I tossed a new one on, chalking the first one up to a defected one-off, but it happened 3 more times. Everything's stuck as if they just shoved some crappy wax in there. Shameful read more

I quickly noticed I dish f know any of the brands and when I said that the bud tender told me it was their house strain. I was in a rush so I didn't really care. Money isn't an issue for me so I just bought the best of what they had. It was mediocre. I think it's somewhere in my room under my bed now. Because i didn't even finish smoking it. Really disappointed... came back to you guys today. I was 1st there after winning a Instagram contest.. it did its job and brought me there.. I am a medical patient.. I did not purchase anything that night but was promised 40% off when I came back... I came back today to buy some outco products and was told no.. only 25% for first time (changed recently). Well that wasted my time and money... and frankly was rude.. I guess I have to go to the other "more popular" dispensaries... Please go elsewhere unless you want to be ripped off by junk weed. They have major employee turn over as well.
