    Our AC was old and we wanted to replace it but after our first few cold days early fall (before we really needed the the furnace) the furnace went out. We called someone out and they told us the whole unit needed to be replaced, gave us an astronomical quote. So we wanted a second opinion and quote before we made any choices, and contacted Eureka Heating and Cooling on the recommendation of several neighbors. They scheduled us fast, didn't charge us extra, saw immediately what was wrong and gave us a very honest, fair quote for reputable brand furnace + installation. The price quoted upfront was exactly what they charged, not a dime extra. When it came time to replace it they were right on time, got done while one of my kiddos was in a zoom class and were gone before his next. We liked them so much that we had them replace the old AC unit as well about a month later which was equally fast and affordable. They left no mess, they were fast working, kind, and very considerate. Everytime I've interacted with them (calling the office or meeting the gentlemen) it's been a pleasant experience and they've exceeded my expectations. Our heating bill went down, our comfort around the house went up, I'm not sure there's anything more you could ask for!

One was from this business…read more Communication was great however they wanted to come to my home without me there texted to leave door unlocked or a key for them and they would send me an invoice. I was not given a price and I have never met this person. When I declined services due to these things I received "You want me to drive 45 mins spend 1-2 hrs testing the systems for free?" Brandon kept going on and on being demeaning, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was very hostile. I explained further I am not interested due to the cost as I would like to get several quotes and several I have spoken to do not charge a fee. To improve I think this company should meet with homeowners first not try to gain access to their home without them present and be transparent with pricing.

I contacted Brandon at Airmerica and he graciously came to our home within an hour of contacting him. He assessed our unit quickly and professionally (bad capacitor and a bad wire) and promptly had our unit back up and running within a short time. I was impressed by his knowledge of AC systems, his honesty, and willingness to educate me through each step of the repair process. He also thoroughly checked the unit inside and gave recommendations to keep it running efficiently. The price was reasonable and there was no after-hours diagnostic fee that most companies charge. I highly recommend Brandon and will use his services in the future, as well as refer him to family and friends.

As is my luck the failure of the over a decade old system turned out to be catastrophic. Repairs were going to exceed reasonable expenditures for a system of it's age. Future Aire offered several options for replacement/repair which I checked against several other contractors. Future Aire offered me the best pricing and finance option which I accepted.     Dangerous, sloppy install and hostile management - would never use Future Aire again…read more Future Aire recently came to my home to perform an annual service checkup. Without asking, the technician decided to rerun the condensate drain lines on my HVAC system, and the result was an absolute mess. The new plastic lines are now routed directly across the front of the furnace, so there is no way to open the electronic air filter cartridge or service panel without first disconnecting or removing the hose. This is not only shoddy workmanship; it is genuinely hazardous. One of the lines now runs more than a foot off the ground in the middle of the mechanical room, creating an obvious trip hazard in an area where we have to walk and work regularly. No competent HVAC company should consider this acceptable or safe, and the condensate lines should have been properly secured and routed so they do not block access panels or introduce new safety risks. When I called to discuss these issues and look for a reasonable solution, the response from Future Aire's management was even more alarming than the work itself. Instead of listening, the manager became confrontational and dismissive, and explicitly stated that he did not care whether we were satisfied with the work or not. That attitude is completely unacceptable for any contractor, especially one working on critical systems inside a home. Between the unsafe condensate routing and the hostile response to legitimate concerns, Future Aire has lost my trust entirely. I would strongly urge anyone considering them for HVAC installation or maintenance in the St. Louis/Eureka area to look elsewhere for a company that actually follows basic best practices, values customer safety, and stands behind its work.

Being new to the midwest, I was not very familiar with heat pump systems. There was water leaking from the unit and I filed a claim with my home warranty service who matched me with New Systems AC and Heating to complete my claim. Being new to a city, in my experience at least, home repair service companies tend to be hit or miss especially when you are under a warranty who only have select companies who they choose to contract with. I can't express enough how please I am that we were paired with New Systems AC + Heating. Our tech, Joe really went the extra mile to explain to me how my system worked and answered every single one of my questions that I bombarded him with. He was thorough, worked hard and gave helpful advice/tips on ways to best run the system to maintain its high performance and extend its longevity. In fact, I was so impressed with the service, I called the company after the tech left to let them know how outstanding i thought there tech was and I am not one to usually do that. Their receptionists are also very chipper and upbeat and very accommodating to any needs or requests I have made. All in all, a very impressive company that was knowledgable, provide good work, go above and beyond for their customers and are fair and honest. They earned a loyal lifetime customer and I will make it a point to recommend this company in the future to friends, colleagues and neighbors.

    Warning....We are very disappointed in Sam and his lack of ethics. Sam replaced a new water heater…read morefor us February 2024 at our property in St. Louis City, MO. His bid says he is licensed. Not sure that's true. I am having a problem now with water leaking on the floor from an overflow from the heater. Sam talked to us July 3, 2025, we showed him pictures of the issue. Said he would be out asap to check situation. He blew us off. I'm sure because he knew he put it over the drain and blocked it. End of July 2025 and, after calling , texting, my husband calling, texting , I had to call a different company to come out and found out that Sam from Liberty Heating and Air moved the water heater to a different spot and over the drain so now I have to have it moved because water is flooding the basement and we have to put overflow hose in a bucket. This is going to cost$$$ Avoid Sam and Liberty Heating and Air Ridgetop address. He isn't a reputable service. Sam if you see this review and are honorable and properly take care of the problem you caused we will alter the review to reflect your ethics in correcting your mistake. Otherwise.......the value for your service is minus several hundreds of dollars and your name is mud. Shame on you. Well ,Sam is a good guy after all I said. He called me back, went to the property resolved the issue which turned out not to be a mistake he made but rather our tenant moving the overflow drain out of the drain. The other company said the water heater needed to be moved. Sam showed me proof he hadn't moved the location of the water heater from its original spot that it sat on for over 20 years. The other company could have put the drain hose back in the drain but chose not to. Another story. We are happy satisfied customers! I'd recommend Sam he is honorable. A happy ending.....
