He showed up two days later and installed the breaker and the system is up and perfect. Donna took my calls and was helpful and professional. Ben was courteous, expert and thorough. He came back early afternoon only to come in with a screwdriver and was with my inside unit for under two minutes. Came up and told me it was too dirty for him to do anything. I needed to call back and make an appointment for a later time to have it cleaned. Quoted me $500 to $600 because he needed to cut my coil out to clean it, not replace it, just to clean it. Then handed me a bill for $100. Didn't even try to pressurize the system. When I called to speak with someone higher up, Chris for a better explanation, he danced around it all. First told me the tech should have stayed to fix it, only to retract and say if it was only a couple of minutes of work, but 3 or 4 hours worth he couldn't stay. I'm paying for the service correct??? Now we are left with a 92 degree house with two kids and little to no explanation for the $100 2 minute service fee and then to be left in the heat. Shame on you B&S. You will never get my business again.

We found out through Level 9 that the original coil inside the house was not replaced. It was rusty in areas, and that is why we were losing freon. The other company charged us for a new system and only gave us half of a new system. Outrageous. From now on, we will call Level 9 for our HVAC needs. I was not given a price and I have never met this person. When I declined services due to these things I received "You want me to drive 45 mins spend 1-2 hrs testing the systems for free?" Brandon kept going on and on being demeaning, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was very hostile. I explained further I am not interested due to the cost as I would like to get several quotes and several I have spoken to do not charge a fee. To improve I think this company should meet with homeowners first not try to gain access to their home without them present and be transparent with pricing.

Two men came back this time and stayed for about an hour and told my husband my 10 year old unit needed fully replaced and he could do all this for $5500.. my husband said is there a leak what is the issues and they couldn't really give him an answer.. if my unit needed replaced why would he have done with first $400 in freon? I feel like they took advantage of me bc I was here alone with my 3yr old son and also trying to work from home.. very disappointed.. we will be going with another company in the spring for now my heat works great.
