Deer on top of our hobbit cave as we were pulling in !!!! It was so beautiful They let us walk right up to them and walked off

We stayed in a hobbit cave. It was amazing. Super clean. Beautiful shower. Very private. Basket with snacks. We had a package added with cake, champagne, wine glasses etc. We were so impressed with that cake too. There were deer on top of our cave the first night. It's so beautiful there.

This place was awesome! We arrived after hours and the check in process was seamless. Due to COVID-19, all check ins were completed via parking at the Hogsveil sister location and walking through a door to the right hand side of the main gate to the main office. We were able to find our designated envelope with our keys and gate remote. What's nice about this property and the Hogsveil sister property is that they are off the main highway and behind remote-controlled gates. We stayed in a Harry Potter-themed cabin at the Hogsveil location across the way. Each cabin/treehouse/cave has designated parking. Both properties are well lit at night. Our cabin was very cozy and had ample space. It had a deck with a nice view of the wooded area. It included a "hidden" bedroom with a king-sized bed and electric fireplace, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, coffee maker, sink, dishes/glasses/utensils, an outdoor sauna, a jetted hot tub, and a beautiful tiled shower. There were two flat screen TVs that each had DVD players with a few DVDs for viewing. When we arrived, there was a snack basket and a hand written thank you note from the property owners. It's evident that the owners and staff are excellent at what they do.

The wife has been asking to stay in a tree house for a few years now. And so I finally gave up and booked it. So this being our first time here. It was Amazing.! We really enjoyed the seclusion and the quietness of the location. Just so relaxing and peaceful, we were both very pleased with our stay and the staff had everything set up as planned for our get away. We highly recommend this as a getaway and we are planning a trip back to try out the castle and a cave. Thanks to the staff for making our stay great.!

We closed the blinds to this at night for added privacy.

This place is totally worth the long drive from Dallas! It was super easy to find and the email with the helpful directions came In handy. As soon as you walk in, you're blown away! The room is huge and had everything we needed, coffee, mini-fridge, wine classes and a wine bottle opener, which I always forget to pack! The hot tub was so relaxing and the TV just above it is a nice touch. The shower made me question all my decisions in life, like how have I lived my entire existence without ever experiencing a shower like this!? I also loved how private and quiet the location is and everything is only minutes away. Overall, great experience and hope to stay in a tree house next time. Def recommend it for a romantic getaway.

My husband and I just returned from a little getaway to Eureka Springs. We've been married 13 years and gone on many trips, this might have been the best place we have ever stayed. We stayed in the enchanted cavern and to our delight the pictures from the website were exactly like our experience. The moment you walk in the door, you are made to feel welcome with soft lights, music, welcome basket and banners, and what I love most, an extremely CLEAN smell and look to everything! We loved how there was no carpet, because shared/hotel carpet tends to gross us out a bit. I couldn't stop smiling and taking pictures. We wondered about seeing bugs with being underground and in the woods, never saw a single one. The housekeeping was also great and it was so relaxing to come back to a pristine cavern at the end of each day. Such a quiet area! Never heard a single person! This place really makes you feel like you are in a secluded area and home away from home. If we return to eureka springs, we will definitely be booking this place again!

Found this place through a Facebook ad, and decided to take a trip up to check it out. We checked in after 8:30pm on a Sunday so it was a bit of an adventure trying to find the place. Our GPS was taking us all over the place and when we finally found it there was a key in the mailbox but it had been raining so the directions to get to the actual treehouses was wet. The treehouses themselves were very nice. They had a deck, a hot tub and a king size bed. The decor was a lot more modern than I thought it was going to be. Checkout is a little early at 10am. 11 or 12 would have been nice. They left us a handwritten note and a basket of snacks. Overall, we had a good experience here! Next time we want to stay in a hobbit cave!

If you want an easy stay in Eureka Springs, stay here. It was easy to book through the website, and…read moreeasy to find and park. The interior of the cabin was great, and so was the view. Plus we were only a short drive to downtown. We felt relaxed for our 2-day stay. We felt we got our money's worth. The staff does need to improve their communication, we were supposed to get an email beforehand, and did not. I called them several times. They finally responded, saying it was a server issue. I get that, but an immediate phone call back would have been appreciated.

Absolutely gorgeous! The cottage was clean and cozy. The jacuzzi tub had the best view and…read moreeverything worked like it should. The only thing I would have liked would be something on the bottom of the tub to give feet traction when getting in and out but there was a handle so that helped a lot. There was a huge window that overlooked the forest with a little birdfeeder that was very popular. Management was super responsive when we had questions. The location is about a 5 min drive from downtown (which was such a nice area). The week we stayed was very rainy so we didn't spend too much time on the porch but honestly everything was so cozy inside with huge views so we felt like it was perfect anyway. I would stay here again and again and again! (The photos on the website are near perfect of what to expect when you arrive too)

Convenient location, cute and quaint, great breakfast, awesome staff!…read more I botched a reservation on AirBnB for another property (forgot to actually click through the last screen) and didn't realize it until the day we were supposed to arrive. We quickly tried to book on AirBnB and didn't find a place we liked. We ended up on Booking.com and found this little gem. The treehouses are very quaint. They are a nice cross between old school Victorian styling with modern amenities like deep tubs with jets, very comfortable beds, flat screen TVs and comfortable patio furniture. The unit we're in is small-ish, but a perfect size for us. Though the breakfast is up at the main lodge, it's a quick drive, or a longish uphill walk for those who like some exercise in the morning. The breakfast was very tasty. We walked into town in about 10-15 minutes. It's uphill a little bit, but it's a gradual grade. At night it was very quiet. We slept amazing. A special shout out to Pat who helped us get into the proper unit. The online booking was wrong, but she straightened us out immediately and got us into a unit more appropriate for us and our 2.5 year old (Unit #6). We did get to checkout one of the smaller units and though too small for our family, would be a great little retreat for a couple. It's pretty obvious these are the Treehouses when driving by, but it'd be nice if there was an easier to see sign out front. Especially when approaching from the north. Pat gave me great directions, so we found them pretty easily. The "second-chance-bridge" into the property wasn't open, but it was easy to turn around and take the bridge on Main St.

So quaint and a little more private if the whole bed and breakfast thing isn't your scene. Felt…read morelike a nature get away but right in the heart of Eureka Springs. 10/10 would recommend

This place is absolutely gorgeous and stunning. A perfect place to unwind and get away for a relaxing, quiet vacation. The barn has a loft bedroom, a private indoor hot tub and fully equipped kitchen. The bed, in particular, was a dreamy experience with the biggest mattress topper we have ever encountered. There is a separate billiard room with a big screen TV. When we arrived, there was super relaxing music playing and a mister with essential oils creating the perfect, soothing scent. The Barn is the last cabin after two gorgeous, spring-fed ponds which made for a quiet, secluded experience. We will absolutely be back again and again to try all of their cabins in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Located in the beautiful Ozark Mountains, the serenity and calm you feel driving on the property is contagious. We stayed in a luscious 2 story log cabin called, "The Barn". Yes for 3 days I said welcome to my hot tub room. I hope you guys get a chance to stay here at least once. C'mon in, the waters fine.
