I really don't need mascara now, but boy do my lashes pop when I do want to wear mascara. I think the lift and tint last 4-5 weeks. The salon is clean and very nicely decorated. The prices seem fair considering how high prices are for everything these days.

I ended up having to make a doctors appointment to get prescribed antibiotics and was also diagnosed with RING WORM...ON MY FACE!!! I am absolutely disgusted. I will update this review because I am waiting to hear back about my refund (I only ever requested a refund once I was diagnosed with ring worm) but AVOID THIS LOCATION/COMPANY if you want to spend $300 for RING WORM. Update: they are refusing to give me a refund and are very dismissive of my case. HORRIBLE customer service. There is no way I contracted ring worm from anywhere else...I offered to prove that in any way I could from bank statements to anything they would possibly need. i am baffled and disappointed. However, the last time I was here, I got the worst pedicure. The woman who was doing my pedicure was very nice, but seemed pretty sloppy in her work. All of a sudden, I felt a sharp pain in my toe. I looked down to see my big toe bleeding everywhere! The woman instantly panicked and started putting some kind of liquid bandage over it, while it was still bleeding, a lot! It hurt sooo bad and was severely burning. After I insisted that she stop messing with it, she continued on with my pedicure. I was finally finished and got ready to pay. I looked down at my butchered toe and was pretty disappointed with the pedicure itself. It looked as if a three old painted my toes. I didn't complain or ask for any kind of discount, but I did decide that I wasn't going to tip the woman. I ALWAYS give 20% tip, but I just couldn't do it, considering the awful pedicure I received. After I paid, i grabbed my things and began walking out to my car, when out of nowhere, the woman followed me outside, stopped me, and told me I owed her $5 extra dollars. I asked for what and why - she explained that the person who checked me out didn't charge me the right price (YEAH RIGHT!). I told her no and continued to walk to my car. She then told me she would call the police if I didn't pay her the extra $5. Simply because I was incredibly frustrated and in a lot of pain, I begrudgingly gave her the extra money and left. I will NEVER go to glamour again and I would not recommend this place to anyone! Much better nail salons in the area than this place!

One pedicure was also amazing. The last time I went, however, it was not good at all. Also when I went to pay I was told that I got a"deluxe" pedicure and that it was going to be $50! I did not ask for a deluxe pedicure and refused to pay twice as much. I couldn't even tell the difference! It took a lot of back-and-forth bantering to actually pay for a regular pedicure which is what I asked for. This is not the first time it's happened to me that I've been "up sold" without my agreeing upon it. I do not appreciate that at all. If it were not for this experience it would definitely be a five star review.

I figured maybe it was just bad luck. This week I gave them one last chance, and NEVER AGAIN. The girl who did my nails this time was just as bad. On top of that, the pricing made absolutely no sense. Since there doesn't seem to be any manager or owner around, it feels like everyone just charges whatever they want. Even the receptionist seems unprofessional. The whole salon felt chaotic with employees talking loudly across the room to each other, customers looking frustrated, and just an overall stressful atmosphere. From what I saw, the employees didn't even seem happy working together, and it showed in the service. I could honestly write so much more, but this review would be way too long. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I personally won't be coming back, and I'd recommend finding another nail salon instead of supporting any of the Pinky's locations. Sucks that Pinky's has gone downhill ever since that owner left because the chain was amazing back then.
