I hate this place. The only reason I stepped foot in here again is because Euro Cycle bought out the BMW dealership in Reno and I had zero options for warranty work on my bike. Captive audience. They know it too... I booked an appointment over a month out. Two open recalls. I told them exactly what was needed when I scheduled. The guy on the phone assured me they "do this all the time." Cool, sounds easy enough. Show up day of to drop the bike off. Intake guy types around for a few minutes, looks up and goes yeah we're gonna need to order parts, did you want to come back? I literally could not believe it. This is a scheduled appointment for recalls I told you about when I booked. His response was basically a shrug and sorry we dropped the ball. Then he goes just leave the bike, parts should only take a few days. So I left the bike. Big mistake. Two weeks go by. Nothing. Three weeks, still nothing. I finally call and sit on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. Call back, get a sales guy who has nothing to do with service and leaves a message for them. No one calls back. Shocker. Another week. I call again. Actually get someone this time who tells me parts are on the way, just delayed from BMW. Okay whatever, fine. Another week goes by and I've heard nothing. Call again. No one in service ever picks up so the sales staff keeps taking my messages. Nobody calls back. Ever. I'm starting to wonder if service is even a real department or just a room full of unanswered phones. Five weeks in now. Two of those weeks spent just trying to get a single update on my own bike. Some manager named John keeps surfacing long enough to tell me he'll take a message and then disappears completely. Never calls back once. Then I finally hear from someone and they let me know they ordered the wrong parts. But it'll definitely be ready next week though, don't worry. Week six. They call Friday and say it should be done by end of day, Saturday at the latest. Weekend comes and goes. I call Wednesday, John takes a message. Call Thursday, get told it's scheduled for Friday and will be all wrapped up. Seven weeks. My bike sat at Euro Cycle for seven weeks for a scheduled recall repair. Friday comes and goes with no call. Saturday someone finally calls to say it's ready. I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of people in my life. No communication, wrong parts ordered, appointments that mean absolutely nothing, and a manager whose only job apparently is to collect voicemails and ignore them. Oh and they raised all the prices after buying out Sierra. So you get worse service and pay more for it. Really something. All my bikes are going to A&S in Roseville from now on. If you have any other option at all, go there instead. Worst dealership in Reno and that is saying something. read more

This place has a bad reputation for a reason apparently! After they took over the BMW motorcycle dealership from Sierra BMW, I was scheduled for service, motorcycle has 4000 miles on it, 1st off, their prices are 30% HIGHER than Sierra BMW but they said that my tires were at the thread and must be replaced, I told the kid behind the service to open a claim as motorcycle has no miles and still under warranty...he kept refusing, I kept telling him it us his job to open the claim and if BMW corporate decides to refuse it...it's between them and I ...he kept refusing, I asked for a service manager, he said he was the manager as well....meanwhile a guy comes and tells me "you better leave now! Ho, the door is there!" ... WTF? He goes :"im the manager here and u better leave now".... wait...i ust dropped hundreds of dollars , asked for a justified warranty claim, you refuse and than basically kick me out like a criminal cause I, as a long time BMW owner asked for a warranty claim???? I have made two purchases from Eurocycle (Reno) within the last few months. First, I made a trade value inquiry online and ending up communicating with Dax Tucker, their General Sales Manager, who was both timely and straight forward in his communication. We worked out a deal and Dax made it a smooth and fair transaction with no surprises. Fast forward a few months later and I decided to trade in my new purchase for one of their great deals. Once again, Dax was very straightforward and always followed up when he said he would. No games and yet another very successful and fairly negotiated transaction. Sometimes when you get a great deal on your purchase you get pressed real hard on the other end (trade value). Not the case here. In the service department, Donald was friendly and very knowledgeable. He is very detail oriented, and I immediately trusted him with my bike. I have confidence going forward that my service needs will be taken care of. All staff, including Steven and Will, at Eurocycle have been a pleasure to work with. They have been short staffed at times and had to recently suffer through the unexpected death of a fellow employee. This, along with other staffing issues, has necessitated that staff wear multiple hats. Although they are very busy at times, try to be patient with them and it will pay off. Conduct business with Eurocycle with confidence. They will take good care of you. Plus, if your timing is right, they have some of the best deals around! read more

Bait and switch pricing is a thing here, they pulled the whole "shipping costs are mandatory ("totally not made up based on the "discount pricing") our management can't budge, "the dealer prep really is accurate despite accounting for 15 hours of labor", yada yada." I expected this from the reviews and ended up eating the $1500 overcharge for the bike I wanted. I was told the bike would be ready by Friday. I went in Saturday morning and the bike was not ready, in fact, it was still "for sale " on the showroom. They took it in back to prep it for two hours while I awkwardly wandered around the showroom. When they finally brought the bike out it was missing the included paniers. I let them know, and they found two of the three, when I let them know the third was missing they flat out argued with me. The worst part, I think they believed that bike didn't come with everything and honestly thought they weren't supposed to include the advertised hardware. This is not really what you want to see from sales reps or mechanics that are "trained" on the hardware. After a somewhat less than polite exchange with a different sales agent (or manager?) I told them that I'd come back with the actual Way-Back-Machine recording of the advertisement and factory listing of the OEM bike, they decided to give me the correct hardware... Except they lost it. They ended up giving me the panier off of another bike the next weekend (with obviously incorrect locking hardware). I ended up having to drill out locks myself, but at least I have what I paid too much for. Icing on the cake? They didn't bleed the brakes and had pumped them up to make it feel right during test drives. At least I know how to maintain things, I can't imagine how they'd react to a lawsuit over break failure from negligence. I also went through the hardware and retorqued everything, several bolts were loose. read more

They've always given clear pricing in writing and in advance. Usually within a few minutes of asking. I've never seen a surprise price change or felt ripped off. Went in there twice. First time, no sales person in the dealership. Went back again on Saturday with my trailer to buy a Moto Guzzi. Walked in and hung out for 15 minutes. No one greeted me so I left. I called them, not to express anger, but to give some feedback. Sales manager was exceptionally rude. "We're understaffed because the owner fired most of the sales force." I told him I understood, but felt it odd to ignore a customer. There were only 2 customers in the shop at the time and I was 1 of them. He then told me, "Well, if you don't like it then I wish you luck finding a motorcycle somewhere else." WOW!!!! So, at that point I hung up. He called me back and asked why I hung up. I said, "You told me to buy somewhere else so I thought we were done." Service department is incompetent. I ordered parts to repair my son's Royal Enfield after an accident. The woman who was running things took very good care of us ordering parts but when she left the dealership, the guy who took over was totally incompetent. I watched him order a front wheel but it never came. Every time I called or went to the dealership he wasn't there. When I did get ahold of him, he kept saying he didn't know why it never arrived and he'd order it again. We ordered it in March. We went in again and talked to a new employee who ordered the wheel. Less than a week later we finally received it on July 29th. Turns out the first guy had no idea what he was doing. Great bikes, HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

I wrote a good review about the sales guys being helpful when I was looking at a new triumph. The service dept has also kept my Ducati running well for several years. But when it came to buying the new bike, the sales manager added on outrageous doc fees, freight fees, & other fees. So I went down to the Honda dealer to get my new bike. Now the service dept is no longer working on bikes older than 2015. So no service for my "old" Ducati...I guess this is the end of European bikes for me:) read more

And now I've been waiting for almost two months (which will probably turn into four months) for the shitty shipping company they use to deliver my bike. After searching the entire West Coast for a Triumph Scrambler at the right price, my son and I ended up at Eurocycle Reno to consummate a deal. The Scrambler 900 was the right price, but my son was too big for that bike. He didn't think so, but Father Knows Best (right?). The Scrambler XE fit him perfectly, but it was significantly more expensive than the budget allowed. The solution eventually became clear, a Scrambler XC that was very close to the XE in size, but without a few of the bells and whistles. Best of all, it was much closer to the price of the 900, and the deal was struck. We were there for several hours over two days, with multiple test rides and a ton of questions asked and answered. During all of this time, "TW" Landis never lost his patience or attempted to rush us along. He took great care of us along the way, earned our trust, and ultimately provided the perfect bike at the right price. The whole process was enjoyable and civilized, a rarity in today's world. If you're ready to buy, I don't think you'll find a better motorcycle dealer experience anywhere. It was well worth the 450 mile round trip drive from the Bay Area to deal with Eurocycle Reno. read more

Euro Cycle Reno sold my partner a 49 cc 2007 Piaggio Fly 50 scooter about a year and a half ago. About six months after the sale they tried to charge $1,000 a month for insurance on the bike from a insurer of their choosing. Problem is the DMV in the State of Nevada does not require insurance on such a bike. In fact state law specifically exempts vehicles that are 49 cc or less and do not go above 30 mph. Euro Cycle Reno was trying to scam my partner! It was a lot of headaches to clear the matter up. The scooter recently broke down as motor vehicles do. We went to the dealer to get the parts for it. That is when we were informed that the manufacture does not supply parts for it's scooter that are ten years old or older. The dealer sold us a bike that one is 13 years old thus unable to buy parts for on the very day of the sale. The scooter was basically trash, because one can't get parts for it but we paid a premium price at $3,000. We got gouged. We will never go to Euro Cycle Reno. They are a total rip off in our opinion. We wish we bought the Honda Rukus. It would have been less money and headache with better service. read more

Small, broken record sales pitches, unlikable Staff other than Nicole (who is awesome and belongs in the Harley shop, not this broken hole of a store). Trying to get parts for my euro-junk, impossible. The learning experience wasn't worth it. Nothing I had on order here ever showed up. Not being able to walk in the store without feeling weird about not liking most of the staff was the worst. I have a feeling they didn't like me either. No customer wants to feel that way. Anyway, avoid this location. There is no way I would ever recommend this store or this brand due to no parts support and bad customer service. read more

bought a bike from here and took over 4 months still no registration. I bought the bike home and the gas tank was zip tied on to the frame... sent them pictures and all I got was a lame sorry.... The guy Dax has an attitude for a simple complaint its freaking April still no registration... spent $30k on a new bike held together with zip ties apparently built for the owner of the Eurocycle... I'v spent over $300k on motorcycles in the past and by far this is the lamest example of a dealership.... I was in the market for a 2020 Ducati Panigale V4 916 25 Anniversario back in January. I search nationwide, but I cannot find one with the serial number (on the upper clamp) that I can live with. This is a sentimental purchase for me, and the bike will only be for living room display, so I can NOT justify buying one without making sure everything is perfect. Suddenly, I saw this YouTube Video from Eurocycle in Reno, and they have a bike with serial#210. I contacted Eurocycle, and Chris, one of the owner of the Eurocycle group, introduce me to the General Sales Manager of Reno location, Dax Tucker. I start discussing the deal with Dax by email, and not only Dax is willing to give me a great deal, Dax is also willing to accommodate my request for holding the bike for 30 days before I can take delivery. (of course, I also offer non-refundable deposit to make sure Dax knew, I am a serious buyer). Oh, we came to a deal in just a few email back and forth and one phone call. Dax also transported back the bike from their Las Vegas location to Reno for free because this bike was not supposed to be sold to the public but was destined to be one of the owner's collection (in Las Vegas). However, the owner of Eurocycle is nice enough to let me have this bike due to the Serial Number, and he took another bike (with different serial numbers) for his collection. I mean, many other Ducati dealers were also very nice to me, but Eurocycle goes beyond what is required and exceeds all expectations. When I pick up the bike, Dave Eisenhart, the General Manager, was also very nice and make sure everything is correct. Dave also get my 2 sons some souvenirs and we appreciate it. Oh, we almost forgot to pay the down payment using our credit cards, and about to leave the dealership with the bike (as soon as we signed the contract), but Dave understand this and was not upset but remind us in a polite manner. Sorry, Dave, we were too excited with the Ducati and we forgot about the down payment. Atticus Brown, the finance manager who creates the deal, was very honest and straightforward. How did I know this? Because as an engineer, I did in-depth research, including the best possible interest rate for customers like me with excellent fico score and high down payment. I believe I could bargain a bit more on the interest, but I decided not to because I already appreciate the straightforwardness from Atticus. Now, during delivery of the bike, TW Landis, was one of the nicest salespeople I ever met, and believe me, I knew all types of salesperson because just a few years ago, I was a lowly car salesman trying to survive! TW Landis did amazing delivery, and he even knew a lot about the LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) business. I mean, usually, other salespeople would try to make relations to you by talking about the sports team, which is ok but how many will speak to you about LNG business? TW Landis also make sure my bike is secured on my U-Haul trailer to take the bike back to California. I even try to give TW Landis some tips (money), but TW Landis respectfully rejects my offer, and no one even sees it. This is INTEGRITY!!! At this moment, 1.5 months after the delivery of the bike, Dax Tucker is still helping me to get the Ducati Certificate (that certify my limited edition numbered bike) from Ducati USA (sign by Ducati CEO in Italy). The delay is caused more by the coronavirus, and I appreciate Dax's help in this matter. Hopefully, I can get my Ducati Certificate soon. read more

5/9/23 - was going to give the service department one last try on something simple. An oil change on my Triumph. Previous service was awful. Service manager then said had trained tech to service my bike and it was a lie. $2,500 later and a botched repair, had to ship the bike to the Rosevile Triumph dealer to correct the repairs at another $2,500. Atleast they got it right. Back to the oil change story; in checking in at service, I requested no test rides. You know, an oil change, "so why do you need to ride my bike?" Oh no...the service manager "blew up" and refused my "by appointment" service. The whole place is a NEGATIVE VIBE! I bought the extra service package for over $700. This included discounts for parts and accessories. I bought a new Helmet from them that needed a new face shield but they don't sell them anymore. Today I tried to buy a tube for my Speedmaster, but they had none and to order from Triumph would take 2-3 weeks. I mean come on! I would stay clear of this dealership. They are heavy on bait n switch and false advertising. I have wasted 2 trips coming from Sacramento on an advertised bike in reno that was never there. Not sure how the dmv or the DA has not cracked down on them. I will definitely be filling a complaint. If you still want to do business with them make sure you are 100 percent sure the bike is there. The other thing they do well is hide fees. They told me since I was in California they would sell me the bike at a price all in delivered. But what they were not being upfront about was the taxes and license I would still need to pay. They were making it sound like it was an otd price but its not. just now I have a Moto Guzzi Dealership literally 2miles from my home in Carson City. However, I choose to take my Guzzi to Eurocycle Reno because they know what they're doing. On my last service, I decided to trade my bike in for a New Guzzi. I was prepared to pay the ridiculous costs associated with trading a new bike for a newer bike.. To my delight not only did I get a more than fair deal, Dax and David threw in my breaking service ($700) since I had just paid for the break in service on the bike I traded in. I was also given incredible deals on.accessories that I need to rebuy for the new bike. I 100% will buy my next bike (Triumph Rocket III GT) from them. Eurocycle is a place I go into every time I am in Reno, they all know my name, my wife's name and my dogs name (Dino) There is not more I can say.
