They charged 600$ in labor for 1 motorcycle tire replacement!!! prior to this promised me that it would not take any longer than 1.5 hours at 147$ dollars an hour in labor. 800+$ total for 1 tire(TIRE COST 250 OUT THE DOOR) and kept my bike for 5 days! Then they had the audacity to bride me 50 dollars off the price to leave a good review! I will never do business with these dishonest guys again! Literally I don't even have to say anything bad because the truth speaks for itself! Ps. I had to have a shop fix there damage that they hid on the inside of the tire. After speaking to the employees who work here, I felt comfortable and confident that my bike would be in good hands. I had picked up a couple of tires that I wanted to put on and asked if they would be able to put them on even if not purchased through them. They said that it was not a problem. When I dropped my bike off, I told Jason that my bike had been making a strange sound from the front end. Jerry said that they would take a look at it and see if they could figure out what it was. When I picked up my bike, they had gone above and beyond not only to put on my tires but also to find the source of the strange noise that had been bugging me. Stan told me that when he looked at my front forks, he found a binding in them that they fixed. My bike is no longer making the noise, and I am very pleased with the outcome and my first experience with Poor Boy Motorcycle Mechanic. Anderson performs its work with high professional standards and treats customers with exceptional service. We highly recommend Anderson Powersports! For those of you interested, here is the rest of the story: Since his original purchase, my Bob has taken his RZR side-by-side to Anderson for customized upgrades and extra bells and whistles. Just prior to our 2-week departure for a backcountry vacation with family, Bob picked up the RZR from Anderson after they had installed some new wiring and audio upgrades. Even though the RZR worked at Anderson and was unloaded at our home, on the day of our departure, it would not start. Figuring Anderson had failed to properly connect all wiring components, Bob became sooooo irate! The RZR doesn't work, he can't even load it up onto the trailer to bring it back to Anderson AND we are now delayed in meeting our family. When he telephoned the good folks at Anderson, they quickly made arrangements to send two members of the crew to our home (almost 20 miles away!). They arrived with tools plus the plan to physically push the RZR up on the trailer if they couldn't immediately solve the problem. Fortunately, Redmond got in the driver's seat and IMMEDIATELY started up the RZR to a sweet purr. What was the problem??? My husband did not have THE GEAR IN PARK! Bob was beyond embarrassed and couldn't apologize enough for his gruff, accusatory remarks. The guys shook his hand, told us, "We hope your trip goes well," and EVEN REFUSED to take payment for their house call. Who do you know that treats their customers so well? When I got it back the idle was set completely wrong and would not even idle. And you can see by the video cylinder number 4 is flooding out and won't even run otherwise I couldn't keep my hand on the exhaust pipe (2 days after I brought it home) I called and talked to them, they said something else must have got in there and clogged it because it was running fine when you took it (it really wasn't) .By Talking to them I gave them a chance to fix this, but they did not. I'm a decent mechanic myself but did not want to buy the Carbtune Pro to sync all 4 carbs, along with a ColorTone Plug,my thinking was to have them rebuild & sync them for the $1,000 instead of buying the 2 repair tools that cost me $600 . I've purchased these tools now & Working with the admin of XJ pages to diagnose & correct these problems. Instead of 40 mpg right it now gets 17 mpgs. I gave your shop a chance to fix this because you did not repair this correctly, but you guys balked at this offer. When & if I can repair what you guys did, you will be hearing from me.

They were a solid pair from a road bicycle that appear to have a sealed bearing, which is quality for certain. He also gave me some tips for a long bike tour that I was about to undertake. He was very honest and candid with me and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, even though I asked him specifically what he would recommend to me. He mentioned the shop is largely for the community and is a charity of sorts. When I was there they had an open bike repair center - where you are free to use the tools they have to fix your bicycle. There were a number of children there taking advantage of this free service offered. A great place to stop by if you are on a tour and could use some parts/components cheap, need to use the tools or gain some insight from the workers there.

I hate this place. The only reason I stepped foot in here again is because Euro Cycle bought out…read morethe BMW dealership in Reno and I had zero options for warranty work on my bike. Captive audience. They know it too... I booked an appointment over a month out. Two open recalls. I told them exactly what was needed when I scheduled. The guy on the phone assured me they "do this all the time." Cool, sounds easy enough. Show up day of to drop the bike off. Intake guy types around for a few minutes, looks up and goes yeah we're gonna need to order parts, did you want to come back? I literally could not believe it. This is a scheduled appointment for recalls I told you about when I booked. His response was basically a shrug and sorry we dropped the ball. Then he goes just leave the bike, parts should only take a few days. So I left the bike. Big mistake. Two weeks go by. Nothing. Three weeks, still nothing. I finally call and sit on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. Call back, get a sales guy who has nothing to do with service and leaves a message for them. No one calls back. Shocker. Another week. I call again. Actually get someone this time who tells me parts are on the way, just delayed from BMW. Okay whatever, fine. Another week goes by and I've heard nothing. Call again. No one in service ever picks up so the sales staff keeps taking my messages. Nobody calls back. Ever. I'm starting to wonder if service is even a real department or just a room full of unanswered phones. Five weeks in now. Two of those weeks spent just trying to get a single update on my own bike. Some manager named John keeps surfacing long enough to tell me he'll take a message and then disappears completely. Never calls back once. Then I finally hear from someone and they let me know they ordered the wrong parts. But it'll definitely be ready next week though, don't worry. Week six. They call Friday and say it should be done by end of day, Saturday at the latest. Weekend comes and goes. I call Wednesday, John takes a message. Call Thursday, get told it's scheduled for Friday and will be all wrapped up. Seven weeks. My bike sat at Euro Cycle for seven weeks for a scheduled recall repair. Friday comes and goes with no call. Saturday someone finally calls to say it's ready. I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of people in my life. No communication, wrong parts ordered, appointments that mean absolutely nothing, and a manager whose only job apparently is to collect voicemails and ignore them. Oh and they raised all the prices after buying out Sierra. So you get worse service and pay more for it. Really something. All my bikes are going to A&S in Roseville from now on. If you have any other option at all, go there instead. Worst dealership in Reno and that is saying something.

After they took over the BMW motorcycle…read moredealership from Sierra BMW, I was scheduled for service, motorcycle has 4000 miles on it, 1st off, their prices are 30% HIGHER than Sierra BMW but they said that my tires were at the thread and must be replaced, I told the kid behind the service to open a claim as motorcycle has no miles and still under warranty...he kept refusing, I kept telling him it us his job to open the claim and if BMW corporate decides to refuse it...it's between them and I ...he kept refusing, I asked for a service manager, he said he was the manager as well....meanwhile a guy comes and tells me "you better leave now! Ho, the door is there!" ... WTF? He goes :"im the manager here and u better leave now".... wait...i ust dropped hundreds of dollars , asked for a justified warranty claim, you refuse and than basically kick me out like a criminal cause I, as a long time BMW owner asked for a warranty claim???? Disgrace!
