    This is my recovered bike..
    Louis O.

Everything, Rich and his staff have been great. I have an older 1998 bike and he was the one who said he'd work on it, and he has. As long as he's open for business, I'll bring him my bike. Bike was stolen, he helped get it back together, hit and run recently he's back at it.

I have a KTM 890 Rally that needed the suspension resprung for my weight. I asked Rich at Moto Source if would be possible to respring with the shorter 240mm fork spring and shock coil. Stock WP PRO suspension on the 890 Rally is 270mm travel. Rich researched it, contacted WP, and was able to get the custom parts for this. The suspension lowering and re springing came out perfect!!.  I rode about 70 miles off road this past weekend.  High speed choppy dirt road with huge potholes.  At first I was picking lines to avoid, then I changed lines to purposely hit these potholes and woops, the suspension absorbed everything!  Then I had some deep sand woops, ended up only needing to slow down the rear rebound by 2 clicks in.   Doesn't feel like I lost 30mm of travel at all!  Plus now that its sprung proper for my weight, its working better than before with the longer travel and being sprung to light.  Moto Source such a great job on my suspension.

Getting ready for regular maintenance service .

Summit Racing - A Masterclass in Inefficiency…read more I walked into Summit Racing expecting a quick visit. What I got was a full-blown endurance test of patience. It started with a door greeter--clearly physically limited, yet insistent on escorting me to the product instead of just pointing. While I appreciate the effort, that move eliminates any chance I might browse for additional items. I grabbed what I came for and realized I needed one more inexpensive part--about $7. I asked an employee where to find it, and instead of helping, she just pointed to a line of 10 people. So I waited. When I got to the register, the guy behind it was slouched in a chair, resting his head on the counter like he was about to nap. He scanned my product and said it was all set. I asked where to pick it up, and he pointed me to another line--this one about 15 people deep. I waited again. Finally, I got to the front, the guy rang up my items, handed me a bag... and my $7 item wasn't in it. When I asked, he pointed to another line to stand in to get it. So back in line I went--for the third time. Fifteen more minutes pass. One poor guy is pulling orders while three others stand at the register chatting and doing absolutely nothing. When the orders come out, mine is clearly one of them--just a small part. The customer in front of me wants to open his boxes, check fitment, color, function, maybe even alignment with the stars. I politely ask if I can just grab my tiny part and go. The staff says, "No. You must wait." So I did--seven more minutes--because policies apparently matter more than people. This entire system is broken. Unnecessarily complicated, painfully slow, and staffed by people who don't seem to care if you ever come back. Spoiler: I won't. Summit Racing, you've lost a customer. And I honestly have no idea how you're still in business with a setup like this.

HOURS OF OPERATION HAVE CHANGED!!!…read more 2026 is here feels like we have to set a precedent and show the community why I'm allowed to stay elite, so let's get to it. I found everything I needed, no problem there, place is clean and well stocked. Very impressed with the inventory. My only concerning issue(s) were this: I walk in at 8:45pm was told that I would only be able to pay using a credit/debit card. I only need about 12 bucks of stuff so that was okay. But my question is then, Why does the cash register close before the store? I mean maybe there's a genius reason I don't understand. But wouldn't you think you'd need the cash register to be available while you're open? I mean how much time are you trying to save getting out this Friday night? I asked why they were closing at 9:00pm when on this very app they are listed as being open till 10. Again the answer surprises... I was told it was due to daylight savings. That it got dark quicker so they closed earlier. They said this completely seriously, which prompted me to laugh. I mean, they have lights. You would think most garages that fix cars have a power tool. Most likely the garage would have a light to fix the car after the sun goes down too. That reason is like saying Autozone can fix you your vehicle right up, but just hurry because we're afraid of the dark. So I have to think the policy is being set by a 3 year or a very immature person is telling these employees what to think
