I am ecstatic to report that I had a phenomenal experience today at Euro Med Spa for facial and neck laser treatment! The entire staff was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable in regard to the procedure and the follow up. Dr. Iqbal was on top of everything... Checking to be sure that everything was proceeding as scheduled. He offered sincere support during the procedure, and even held my hand! I am thrilled thus far, and I am eagerly anticipating the results in a couple of weeks when I return to his office for a checkup. I cannot "sing the praises" for the aestheticians who participated and another employee that made sure that she had applied plenty of pain medication in the event of any discomfort! I have no hesitation in recommending this business for anyone that is looking for cosmetic procedures and more. Give them a call and discuss any of your concerns. There was no intense selling, I told her my concerns and she gave me two prices, one that I could afford and one that I couldn't. Once we established the difference between a half a syringe and a full syringe, she started. I got numbing cream on my lips followed by a numbing injection. She spoke every move she made and even let my daughter film so I could review the procedure later. My first night was uncomfortable but my bruising/swelling was minimal. She was kind and comforting and didn't make me feel bad for not wanting anything else done. ZERO PRESSURE- The purpose of my filler is to get rid of my laugh lines that are starting to seem deeper. I've had Botox done for YEARS and went in here for a touch up and they tried telling me I needed a "full face" done of "at least" 50 units (so over $500). I get it done every few months here and there with some of the best injectors in Nashville and Atlanta. This place just tied to sell me something I absolutely did not need and I immediately felt uncomfortable and asked to leave. Before the Injector even came in the nurse or who ever came in with a calculator and first said "so how much are you prepared to spend today" and when the doctor walked in first thing he said was "I'm sure you told her it was at least 50 units she'd need" I guess 50 units is their sales pitch Let's Stick with good ole American med spas read more

I rarely review places, but I often go to Yelp before I dine out. Should have used Yelp before getting Botox here. Same complaint others have, they only care about the sales and my Botox was horrible. He asked if I wanted eyebrows raised and I said no, I told him main concern is forehead and I have always had good results with 40 units (no eyebrow movement) he insisted I needed more than 40. I held my stance, left with 42 units and paying over what I normally would at other places feeling not so great about the price but oh well. 2 days later I am brusied, 2 weeks later I have weird creases above eyebrows (from the lift I never wanted) and PLENTY of movement with eyebrows. I went back in for follow up and the doc seemed upset with staff because there were no photos on first visit. He gave me more units after I told him I wasn't satisfied with how much movement and also extremely disappointed with eyebrow crease. He explained if he fixed eyebrow, I might get a droopy eye so I said no thanks, but can we address forehead and eyebrow movement?? He placed more units (not sure how many) and did it on the house. I made a follow up appt. that day for 2 weeks. My appt is in 2 days and I'm in no way interested in going back to this establishment. My eyebrows have tons of movement, even after touch up. I have received Botox 5 other times over the course of 2 years and have ALWAYS had 40 units with great results. For some reason this place wants to upsell you, and then when it comes down to it, not so great results. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Dr. Iqbal and his lovely aesthetician, Amy, made me feel like the guest of honor today when I arrived for a Botox appointment. To my surprise, Hurricane Matthew had delayed the shipment of Botox that would've otherwise arrived the night before...but the doctor nor his staff did not let that affect me in any negative way. Instead of telling me to just come back in an hour when it arrived, he asked Amy to spend roughly the next hour pampering me with a mini facial "on the house" until we could proceed with the intended procedure. Amy is an absolutely lovely lady who chatted with me like I was both her friend as well as her guest. By the time I left the spa, I had been spoiled with Botox, a mini facial, and the most detailed eyebrow and lip wax I'll probably ever have in my life. And as I also mentioned on my review for their Facebook page--it meant a lot to me that Amy was humble and genuinely caring to take hold of my hands as Dr. Iqbal administered the Botox injections. She had already asked me whether the needles bother me, and I'm guessing the reason she took such a nurturing approach was because I had told her that it's definitely worth it but that yes, the needles do always scare me a bit. Anyways...those are all my first impressions about this facility! The day I went in just for a consultation, they came at me like car salesmen. Kind of tiptoed around a couple of my questions. I scheduled my lipo before I left. A week later, I had something financial come up and they were going to charge me to cancel the procedure like half of the total of the surgery so I just went ahead and went through with it. They didn't even care that I was going to be struggling financially either way. The head nurse came in and kind of got smart with me when I said I was allergic to sutures and I had asked if they had an alternative. She spoke to me as of I were lying, I didn't appreciate it. The after care and follow up is a joke. They don't prepare you on what to expect, don't recommend getting lymphatic massage, no follow up phone calls. Basically only tell you to wear your garment. On my second follow up visit, I was already unhappy with my arm lipo results. The doctor came in, and I quote "these are a work in progress (as he patted on my hanging skin lifting it up), and said in 6 months when I go in to work on your abdomen, I'll go back in your arms and work on them some more." First of all, we didn't discuss anything about my abdomen and he is not going BACK in my arms. I did my part like I was supposed to and wore my faja day and night and went down in two sizes. I had to cancel my last appointment due to me having the flu, three weeks ago and not one person has called to follow up, reschedule or anything. As long as they got their money, they don't care about you as a patient. I'm sorely disappointed in the entire experience, especially for how much I am paying for it. I will not put myself through this again. If you are considering this procedure, please research, ask other people, schedule consults etc. read more

It was okay, my lip was very bruised from the botox, and the thing that I found insulting there was the assistant when she said to the doctor " oh, she is a saver" I'm a single woman and there is no shame in working for a living and saving up for botox or other treatments. I don't always have hundreds of dollars to spare every month, but when I spend over $400 in one visit I don't want to be made feel like I'm not good enough.... Plus I had made a appointment and I had to listen to a sales pitch for over 45 minutes before they realized that I wanted botox done.. The Botox is watered down. They advertise Botox specials but the Botox is much weaker and doesn't last as long as other places I've had it.

The staff and the doctor are always so friendly and professional. I always leave feeling beautiful and appreciated. The estheticians are so knowledgeable and always make the best recommendations for my skin. I love this place! read more
