I just wanted some blonde chunks and the back trimmed up. The lady that got me charged $85, and said since I was new there, she would throw in the price of the trim with the highlights. That was nice of her but, $85? I have a pixie cut... I felt like that was outrageous for my little amount of hair. And in the end, it wasn't "chunks" like I really wanted, it was more like tons of small blonde pieces all blended together. So I could have saved $75 and went to get the highlight kit from Walmart like I normally do, but I thought I would for once splurge on myself, and now I mainly just regret it because it's not really at all what I asked for. Overall they're clean, it's pretty to look at and they weren't unfriendly, just could've been a little more upbeat I felt, and a bit on the pricey side as well.

A few weeks ago I noticed I was having headaches following tanning; then I realized the fan in the stand-up was pretty dusty. I didn't realize the owner (a male) was out of town & I asked for it to be cleaned. The girls that work there stood on stools, took 45 min., & made sure it was gleaming clean by the time I came back to tan. They're extremely accommodating!
