As for the caps they replaced the missing ones and claimed they glued them down. Additionally, the job was completed 2 months ago and I still don't have a documented receipt of the work done. The company fails to communicate and send over that information which is vital for a homeowner/customer. This is exhausting having the stress of having to contact the company with no response.
