I had just the rear section of my backyard done. The man with prompt did good work and cleaned up after themselves. All the work was explained prior and even things that I thought would be good I was given enough information to make a decision whether I wanted to go that direction or not. I decided on PVC fencing. I got the two-tone instead of just the white that everyone gets. Thus far it looks good.

I wanted to write a review because there are endless options for Fencing companies and so many have…read moreterrible reviews because of poor customer service, etc. My experience with Continental Fence was great. Steve came and gave me a quote and was candid about how quickly his calendar can fill up and pricing on a vinyl fence. When a date opened up his guys, who I later found out have been working with him for 20 years (which speaks volumes to me) came to take down my old picket fence and replace it with the new vinyl. Personable, efficient, neat, respectful of my and my neighbors property and plantings. The fence is beautiful. But here's what I loved about these guys. They needed to mix cement for the posts and I have a spigot that spews water everywhere. After they left, it seemed to magically fix itself. I have a gate leading to my back door that never closed flush. I always had to lift the gate with my foot while closing to get it to shut. Again, magically fixed itself. I had an old giant green plastic slide from a swing set that was sitting under a tree in my backyard that I mentioned I needed to get rid of in conversation. Again, the slide was magically cut into pieces and taken to the curb. They didn't say a word about any of this. Didn't look for a gold star. There are just some people who need to do things the right way. Those are the people I love to do business with. and these are those guys. They just wanted everything done right. They took pride in their work and they left my property better then they found it. Good luck in your search for a fencing company. If you choose these guys, you won't be disappointed.

This company installed a 6' vinyl fence at my home 2 years ago and all was fine...last winter…read moreduring a wind storm, 2 of the vertical posts started to lean back...and were about to fall. I contacted the company and they responded and sent a repair man out...all he did was shove concrete and stones down the hole while pushing the post back into a vertical position and I was charged $200 for the response and supposed repair...this year once again, because the repair was not done properly, during a windstorm 2 sections of the fence fell and the post that had the concrete/stones pushed down to support it fell and broke...now they want $750 to repair the fence...all it needs is one vertical post all other sections are still good and not broken...I asked if they would reduce the cost to $500 and they refused, saying the $750 was a firm price. I'm sorry, but if they would have repaired the fence properly in the first place by resetting the concrete and post, this wouldn't have happened. I would not recommend them again for any type of repair. I'm still open to hearing from them to work out a repair but not for $750. And I'm willing to update my review if this happens. VP Patchogue
