Instead of constantly coming to "fix" the problem and it never fully being resolved. We started the process in April and finally had answers in July. We definitely are not thrilled with the gate- but apparently it's not fixable to our standards.. And the length of time it took to get answers was disappointing... HOWEVER they we consistent in trying to fix the solution- they did come back when we had concerns.. And that says a lot about a company.. Maybe we are too picky or maybe they are not perfectionist-- it can be taken either way.
