I rescheduled for a few weeks later & on the way of my massage I walked in and was notified that I had to reschedule again due to the massage therapist not being in. I was in the market for a nail experience that felt spa-like and like I was really getting my moneys worth, with a manicurist that really understood what I was trying to achieve. I definitely found that here at Europhoria. I wanted to grow my natural nails while also having that manicured look and Rosa at Europhoria knew exactly what to do. My nails natural nails were super short and in need of some TLC, and after two sessions Rosa was able to get me to the length and look that I was striving for. You get the spa vibe with the salon atmosphere and I absolutely love coming to my appointments knowing I'm going to leave with what I asked for. I have been a member of EuroTan for over 20 years. This place has dramatically gone downhill in the last five years or so, not to mention the closing of other locations. The staff is amazing. I feel as though it might be an owner problem. The standup bed has been down for over a year. The rooms are extremely hot and they have taken away the online ability to make an appointment. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years as well as others, do yourself a favor and do not buy a membership with this company. There are other tanning options that cater solely to tanning. This is a poorly ran establishment by the owner. read more

I've had massages here and there ok but if you think of getting a pedi DO NOT spend your $$$. I had a pedi and it was horrible! I think the lady that was assigned to me was Jess. She showed me options and didn't have the color I wanted I ended up going with whatever she had. Once she was done, some of my toe nails were not done all the way you can see my natural nail. She seemed in a rush. I could have gotten a better job at Walmart. Will not be going again to get my nails done here. Update: I was contacted regarding the unpleasant pedi and was promised to have it fixed. I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a last try to have it corrected. I was assigned to Kelly this time, she was very sweet and experienced. She took the entire gel off and re-did the pedi again and came out AMAZING! (Wish I had taken pictures to share). Was really excited to finally get a massage in town. Sadly, my expectations weren't up to par. The masseuse was a bit awkward, for starters. She started off rough on the shoulders, which I don't mind pressure but ouch. Everything after that, she went way too fast. I have to add, my body (both legs/or both arms) were exposed when she was massaging. I've gotten plenty of massages at Burke Williams & only whichever part of your body they're massaging will be exposed so that your body will be kept warm under the blanket. EuroTan did not do that. If that's how they do it, I was not a fan. It just was not a great experience, unfortunately. Mind you, the waterfall in the massage room was also not relaxing. You could hear the condenser. Very annoying. And lastly, the worker who was cleaning at 7pm slammed the door in the hallway & I could hear her opening trash bags. Overall, the front desk were nice & the nail spa was great too. But I would not go back to this place for a massage. read more

This Spa does have nearly everything you need that will help pamper yourself. I signed up majority for the facials and I have not been disappointed with any of the ones by Carter who has always made me feel comfortable with other services I have had but the main one is her facials! She always knows how to keep my skin smooth and acne free! Recommends the best at home treatments that have helped improve my skin to the best it can be. Another note is that she goes for what your skin is in need of and if you keep making appointments with her she will keep your skin glowing! Definitely recommend her. Part 2 of 2 see "Brimhall location for part 1 - I did tell them I would be letting everyone of my friends and family members know where to go from now on and where not to go from now on as well and that I don't know when their company started falling short with customer service but it seemed to have been ever when I had upgraded my membership. What a mistake. I will say that they are making roughly $900 a year off of me just in monthly membership. I should atleast get credit for the points I haven't used.Consider that I paid around $900 for my laser hair removal and around $1500 for the Vampire facelift. Reminder that both of these services, I am having to pay for again at another establishment. Medical aesthetics are not something to mess around with. I would not entertain the idea of having another consultation and having anyone work on me again there. I have lumps under my eyes still from the vampire facelift that will need to be dissolved again according to my new aesthetician nurse. I want to make sure that anyone reading this spends their hard earned money elsewhere. As I am still locked into a contract paying for services I will never return for. I was gifted two signature mani/pedis and couldn't wait to use them! I have never had a pampered mani pedi and really didn't know what to expect. I was late to my first appointment (my fault completely, supposed to be a mani/pedi) , called to let them know I would be running late and they said it was okay! I got there about 17 min late and they still took me back ! (Yay!) But as soon as my mani gal saw I had gel on my toes they had me reschedule or opt for only one service that day (Gel removal calls for a longer appointment). The manager was super sweet , she apologized for the inconvenience and explained to me how the mani and pedis were different there. She even gave me a tour of the place... I was shown the pedi room with the amazing chairs, dimmed lighting and relaxing atmosphere. I was torn about choosing a service but instead I changed appts for a later date. I really wanted to have the euphoria experience!!! Finally, my mani appointment came and I met Jess... One of the first things that was said was "why do people keep sending my friend requests, I hate people". The rest of the appointment was pretty quiet. It felt like she was rushing to do my nails, but when they were done they looked great even if it wasn't the color or glitter I was expecting. We did the lotion/scrub after... it was okay. I could have left a review then but I wanted to wait till after the amazing pedicure that I was told about by the manager. Pedicure appointment: I removed the gels from my toes myself prior to the appointment to avoid anything like last time that would make me have to reschedule. Samantha was my girl and she was super sweet. Complete opposite! Very talkative and made me feel really comfortable. I was a little confused that we did the gels in the manicure room and not the amazing pedi room but I thought maybe we would head over there after? Wrong. She did my toes and said I was done. My appt was at 7pm and I was out in my car at 7:28. No nice chair, dimmed lighting, lotion, hot towels and relaxing atmosphere. Just a file/cuticle trim and gel polish. Beautiful spa but horrible service. Made appointments for a facial & tanning a month in advance just to show up to my appointment and be told I cannot tan because someone else was put in my place. I tried seeing if could still be accommodated for after my facial as the times did get adjusted last minute but the girl helping me was being the opposite of helpful and borderline rude. My nail girl Stephanie is great. She does a really thorough job and today she really did her best to get me in and out in the short amount of time I had to work with, I appreciate that. I tried a spray tan today, and while the girl at the front (super sweet and helpful) did her best to instruct me, I still had a little confusion once I was in the booth. Had I not jumped in the shower when I did after I got home from running all my errands after, I'm pretty sure I'd be orange!! So, I'll stick to the sun or maybe even a euro bed session for special occasions (those work great!). I do wish I would use my massive amount of points for gift certificates or sharing w a spouse without paying 200 more a month.
