I recently went to Carmen (the owner) for the first time. She did a fabulous job on my cut and weave! I have shorter, fine hair that isn't easy to do. It is styled in a longer pixie and her cut was awesome and the highlights were just what I wanted! Finally someone who gets short, fine hair and styled it better than me! The past several I have gone to has either handed me the hair dryer, or said, "I don't fix short hair too well!!" Whatttt? After spending $100 bucks, really? I love this place so much! I had Ray as my hair master, and he was beyond amazing! I desperately needed a BIG change and a makeover fast! He was so accommodating and knew exactly what he was doing! Called and made an appointment. Kelly had a cancelation so she was able to do my pedicure. The place is a two story salon with all the works. I loved how busy it looked. Kelly was waiting for me. I felt like her area was clean and organized. She had a good selection of colors. She was quick. I had my appointment at 1045 am and was out of there before the hour. She was quick. The pedicure was painless. She gave a good solid massage but not too rough. I'll def be back! read more

It's a 2 story place,with many hair stylists and aestheticians. The place was busy. I had made a last minute appt with Carmen for hair color only, no cut. It was going well initially, but after coloring and washing my hair, she didn't blow dry my hair. And asked me to tie them up(bc they were wet). There was color on my forehead and near ears, which she tried to remove, but told me to leave the color remover on my skin for a while to remove the color. Hmm.. Ok ? She seemed to be in a rush to leave. I paid $50 (I have long hair) which I think was a little high for Bako, without blow drying. Will not go back to her. read more

I have only been here once, to try out their tanning beds. I used to go to endless summer on the rare occasion I tan, but they closed, and this is one of the closest places to me that offer tanning. I tried the stand up tanning bed; it was the first time I had ever used one, and it was really cool! I was pretty impressed, and the woman at the front (maybe the owner?) helped me decide how much time I would need, as standing bed are apparently more powerful than regular beds. She was very nice and even gave me a free pair of tanning goggles (I was used to endless summer providing a pair each time, so I was a bit unprepared). The only thing was the stand up bed was in a pretty small room, almost like a closet, which was a bit awkward to undress in. But the door had a latch to lock it, so it was still private. I brought my younger sister here, a while back, & I got a spray tan, & she tanned in a tanning booth. Anyway, she took her rings off( she had my mother's ring with diamond chips all the way around), & put it on the chair & forgot it when she was done. We left, and about 5 minutes later, she said that she forgot the ring, so we drove back & told them what happened. .........they went & looked in the room. & wouldn't ya know it,...........they couldn't find it!!! We will NEVER GO to this place again! Obviously, someone has it. Btw, they hadn't had anymore people in that room, so I don't trust people that are untrustworthy like this:( read more

The salon itself is pretty dated and could use a some modernizing. It looks the exact same as when I first went there 15/16 years ago. I have recently gone to get my nails done by Santana. She is really nice and easy to talk to. The time just flies by. She does good work and does her best to get the type of nail you want. She is by appointment and is very flexible. Well, I thought I finally found a stylist that could help me achieve the color I was eventually working my hair up to. The stylist definitely knew her stuff when it came to coloring, however her customer/ client service could use some work. I read other reviews from her other clients that think the world of her, but I guess I was not included in that wonderful treatment she provides them. Stylists will not help you if the front desk person is not there. They just look at you even if they are not with a client. The man stylist on the left is rude it is a major inconvenience that you are there and he's not afraid to let you know it is NOT his job to assist with products or tanning. The do not except debit or credit cards. Cash or check only. The receptionist could not give me a receipt for my cash purchase so I had to write a check..it took a month before it cleared my account. It is a cute building the receptionist is very nice and they can be quite busy with the senior ladies. Tanning rooms are very dirty. Tanned once and it had a smell...I think someone pee'd in the clean towel bin it looked and smelled like urine. I haven't gone back. Improve customer service by putting newer stylist that want business at the front of the store to cover while the receptionist isn't available and clean up! read more

I love this salon ! Kelly Rose is the best nail technician there is and Jasmin is the absolute best hairdresser I have had the good fortune to come across in a very long time ! I took a photo in to her and she did that cut exactly like the picture . I couldn't have been more pleased . The best part is that I can duplicate the look myself with the products she used on my hair . That does not usually happen . A big thumbs up for Jasmin and Kelly ! I've been coming to my hair dresser for years and just started getting my nails done here too...A few weeks ago I had a facial done and the girl did a really good job and the price was reasonable. I really like that I can come in and they always try to accomdate me if I wanna do a last minute wax or if I wanna tan. I would call just in case though bc sometimes they are busy so I would try to make an appointment if u can. read more
