This is an update on my review.... the botox I received only lasted about 2 1/2 months. Botox usually lasts about 3 1/2 to 4 months on me. Not sure what happened. I had no luck in getting anyone to ever answer my calls. I left a message, no call back. Voice mail did say I can text, so I did. Got a text back asking what I need done. I explained. They asked for a picture to see if they can address the problem. I sent a picture. Never got a courtesy reply. I don't know if they didn't like my face or what but I find that highly unprofessional. No free personal consultation. Did the consult thru text and can't even find the time to address my concern thru that. I ended up going to Luxe Derm Aesthetics. Great service over there. My mother-in-law came here to get a varicose vein removed and raved about this place. She told me that they did everything from botox to hair removal. I decided to come in for a consult and first met with Misha. She was so delightful to talk to and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated the non used car salesman attitude as the meeting was informative and I didn't feel pressured at all. I actually met with Dr. Grimm twice before I decided to go through with their services. Once by myself and the other with my husband. This is a serious and difficult decision seeing as how the services are expensive. Dr. Grimm spent enough time with us to go over treatment and was very upfront about cost and results. I was tired of shaving and wanted to get hair removal done. After 6 sessions I was amazed. The before and after results were just unbelievable. Misha also texted me after my first session to see how I was doing and reminded me of upcoming appointments. I loved the privacy factor of this office. When you come in for your appointment time they lock the front door and you have the office to yourself. Not once did I run into or see another client. This team is incredible. I was recommended to euro aesthetics through one of my friends. I was very nervous at first but as soon as I walked in, Misha welcomed me & made me feel very comfortable. I started off getting Botox and instantly saw a difference. Dr. Grimm & Misha are very professional and are always up to date with the latest trends & products. I wouldn't trust anyone else with any cosmetic procedures. I recently had my lips done using juverderm. I have to start by saying that my face was a wreck when I started coming to Euroaesthetics. While most of the other reviews have spoken about injections or aging treatments, I had a different need. I had very bad acne, redness, and irritation all over my face. Immediately, I knew I was in the right hands with Misha and Dr. Grimm as they really took their time to come up with a treatment plan that would work for me with a combination of laser treatments and skin care. Misha even offered to look over the products I was using to see if something was creating a reaction. As well, they both looked over my face and gave me some reassurance that I was going to get better with time and treatment and they were very right! After a few laser treatments and also using their skin care line, I have seen so many improvements. They also recommended a dairy-free diet and that has been a game-changer for me as well. The customer service here is also off the charts, I have to mention that Misha texts me after every appointment to see how I'm doing. I can tell they have patient care as a priority here, and really want to make sure their patients are taken care of! What a Gem! I'll first start out by saying I am a research hound. I checked out mutliple different offices that performed laser hair removal and had several in-office consultations. Prior to having an in-office consult at Euroaesthetics, I emailed Misha. She responded to my email within minutes, answering all of my questions thoroughly, including a general idea of pricing. I learned more from Misha in my email contacts then I did at any of the in-office consults at the other offices in the Antelope Valley. The other offices were very cold and the whole process was "cattle-like" - get as many through the door as possible! I never once met any of the doctors at the other offices - just some office assistant who essentially tossed a pamphlet your way and gave you a price. I was very impressed with my consultation. Misha is both proffessional and an absolute sweetheart. I was consulting about laser hair removal for the bikini area. She made me feel completely comfortable with the procedure. Upon meeting Dr. Grimm, I was even further impressed. He was very thorough, answering all my questions and reviewing my medical history and medications. No other office did this, and it is extremely important! There can be conditions and medications that may have an adverse affect on the treatments performed and I was very pleased Dr. Grimm covered each of my medications, one by one, to ensure I'd have no adverse reactions to the treatment. I also must say, they have the best bedside manner, are extremely knowledgable, and have the best techniques and equipment. They only schedule one patient at a time, so you get privacy and there is never going to be a wait. You are their number one priority while you are there. I decided to go forward with the procedure. The entire process was very comfortable and they ensured I was comfortable at all times. Every step was explained in the process and I left feeling very confident that I selected the best place for this procedure. Although I am not the best candidate for this procedure, I feel Dr. Grimm and Misha were very honest and upfront with me and the results that I will recieve. I know this would not have been the case elsewhere, and although you will pay a bit more for procedures here, it is worth every penny because you are getting the best. *** Just got a follow-up email morning after treatment to make sure I was comfortable and had no irritation. I highly recommend Euroaesthetics Medispa. I researched several surrounding Dr.s, in both the Bakersfield and Palmdale areas. I was looking for a natural look, to correct the lines around my lips, caused by smoking and the aging process. I was very concerned about getting that plumped up "gorilla" look. I made my appointment and my privacy and the discretion of my visit was respected the duration of my appointment. The clinic is extremely clean and well appointed. Misha during my consultation, offered a very different and much more aesthetically pleasing answer to what I wanted to achieve. Educating me with what the body can do, Dr. Grim also sat in on my consultation, they both answered every question I had. The pros, the cons. Indeed, I put myself in their very capable hands My budget was worked with, to obtain the best results. They also covered what sort of maintenance would be needed if I was pleased with the work, and choose to maintain, (which I do) The procedure it self was virtually painless, Dr. Grimm is extremely skillful. the results were beyond what I hoped for, the outcome was beyond my dreams. 2 minutes after the procedures I looked at my self, I looked Ten years younger! I have been so impressed by both Misha and Dr. Grimm. They have been informative, patient, and kind. When I went in for my initial consultation for Botox they also recommended some fillers to help with under eye bags and wrinkles (I am 36, but was also concerned with these issues).
