Well, we went ahead and took a visit to the labs and informed the urgent care that we did the tests and they came back saying that it's not covered by insurance!!!!!! The urgent care in a matter of 12 hours went back on what they said and told us the services were not covered by our insurance!! Avoid this place, this is a money mill, they just want to tell you that you need this and that and it's covered but in reality it's not. Horrible place. They will be reported for unfair billing practices and misleading the care of the patients.
