Today ..good friday...I get a text instructing me that "pay by 5 today with 3% surcharge or no appointment for you". Where did this come from? I have been going to her loyally for years and that is how I am treated as I go thru airports and had to attempt to call back in an airport restroom. Shocked....was there something I did? Did the practice want to get rid of filler patients? Totally confused by the mafia like treatment. I don't ask to be treated special, just a tiny bit of respect. I click the link and the K Tox that I was told would not be on sale not just on the day of beauty but anytime soon was low and behold would be on sale 2/14 for $9 a unit. This was very disappointing because after coming to this office for a few years now this could have been mentioned to me. They should be more specific about treatments a customer asks and give them what they would like to have done without just making a quick sale. I will no longer recommend this place for anyone wanting any kind of treatment. Very disappointed! I did reach out to them asking if they would honor the pricing and they would not honor it because I came in on the day of beauty. Makes no sense to me. No removing of the gloves, washing hands, and replacing gloves. (worried). The pedal is for their feet to start the machine or laser process!!!! Never have I seen the laser equipment wiped down before or after services rendered and I know there is jelly-goo on it from being on the body. This also goes for the glasses used to protect the eyes, I see smudges, and fingerprints from previous clients. I just wish that cleaning, sanitizing was as up to par, as the quality of location, services, prices, and office professionalism. Other than that I love this place, its cute and can be more classy after cleaning. Just please clean everything and wipe it all down!!! The doctor prescribed a topical cream for my granddaughter and arranged for it to be sent to CVS. Regrettably, the pharmacy did not receive the prescription, and despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation, it remains unresolved. Consequently, I am disappointed in the level of service provided and advise others to exercise caution when interacting with this office.
