There are touch screens and you can take a ticket to speak to an advisor there or to buy your Copenhagen card. We bought the cards and they really are great value for money. The staff here are so polite and nothing is too much trouble. Go here as soon as you arrive and they will help you out, tell you where to go and the best pick up points for transport and so on. They plot on the map routes for you and give you really simple instructions to help you around the City.

They were at the cruise terminal when we got off, took our luggage. We got to spend the day in Copenhagen luggage-free and picked it up at the airport on the way to our terminal. No hidden fees.
