My visited stated with an intake with Becka who was so thorough with questions and the physical evaluation. Then I had six weeks of PT with Reuben who was so helpful in learning new stretches and exercises along with education to help with my active life style. It has been two years since my initial visit to Elevation and I am happy to report I no longer see a chiropractor and have not had any back pain. As a new runner in my 40's I have returned a couple times to help with various pains from running and both Becka and Rueben are so knowledgeable and helpful to alleviate any pains I experience.
