Let me start off by saying this. I've had MANY cars in my days and as a car enthusiast it's extremely hard to trust anyone with my modified cars etc. Moving on... The lead mechanic here Johnny is by far the best BMW mechanic I've ever seen. Not only has he repaired unsolvable issues by countless people. He's honest and open about it. This guy will not take your money just because you know nothing of cars. He will not steer you in the wrong direction and hill always take care of what needs to be done. The first project I had done with him was a supercharged E46 328i. Which had a M54/330i motor swap. He was able to remove the automatic transmission and do a full 5spd manual swap that worked flawlessly. No lights on dash and everything was perfect! He also solved many boost issues I had with this car that others could never figure out. So not only does he do great with a stock/factory car. He also works on modified/tuned cars without a problem. My other cars such as v10 M5 he works on ( when I'm to lazy ) as well as working on my Maserati before a few times as well. He doesn't limit himself to BMW but his true passion is BMW from what you can tell. He also works on all other Euro cars such as Mercedes and Audi. At the moment hes doing a complete car build of a stage 3+ Audi B5 S4 for my girl. He takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect. He has a habit of being a perfectionist when it comes to cars and I'm totally fine with that!. All in all you really can't go wrong bringing your car here. Not only will he do his best to beat any ones prices. He will be the most honest mechanic you've ever had to deal with. Matter a fact hes even gone out of his way for me before on one of my cars when the alternator went bad. I was stuck and he sent one of his employees to come help immediately. So with ending this. The customer service here is top notch and unbeatable. You will gain a personal and professional business relationship with this place. And you'll be happy about it without question. The work is impeccable here. Such a great place to take your beloved Euro car. Shop is always clean and presentable. And I know this shop is busy 24/7. Every time I go here it has BMW M cars and Audi S and Mercedes AMG's everywhere. Shows hes got a lot of business and isn't messing around. I highly recommend this shop! read more

Man, this place has saved my ass twice now with my cars. First, my clutch went out on my e46 M3, Johnny helped me get the right parts, at the lowest possible prices and his labor costs were totally fair, less than any other mechanic quoted me, and far far less than the dealer with better quality work. He got my whole clutch assembly, driveshaft and all bushings done in 1 day and even delivered my car to me because I wasn't able to pick it up. He is totally honest and upfront and a cool dude to bat. I am a car enthusiast and I love to work on vehicles and know my stuff and Johnny is on a whole other level. He is a true expert mechanic and knows his shit. He located an oil leak that 2 other mechanics not only failed to fix, but they charged me for the work. I have referred a few friends here with amazing results and nothing but praise for the man. Everyone who works with him as well is very nice and informative. So where to start.. First, I messaged them via Facebook- called them a few times- messaged them again few weeks later and got a response. Told me it would cost $90. I gave them my year make and model and what I wanted done. I said "ok, cool. Good price". I get to the shop (10 mins late la traffic ) and they were nice took the info and all that. They said it was going to cost 120, I understood because it probably involves a bunch of more work. Said it wouldn't take more than two hours and nice of them to give a loaner so my friends and I can go around (although there was barely any gas and the car was barely working...). About 30 minutes after getting to the place we were, they called me saying it would cost $180. I instantly said "no, I was quoted 120, if you're not going to do that, then I am going to get my car from the shop." So after going back and fourth finally agreed at 120$. They said by 1:15 car will be done (it is about 11 now). Get back to shop around 1:10. Waited and waited and now it's 2. Guy is driving in my car (I don't know why he was... I had a little under a full tank, and when I got the car back it was a quarter tank less). Overall- don't quote me unless you know the ball range. Don't tell me the time you will be done at then take another hour (atleast call me, you guys have my #). Don't need anyone to drive the car for exhaust work. I am very frustrated at this situation. Doubt I will go back (shops a little over a hour from me). Could have gone a lot smoother, but lack of communication caused it to go bad. read more

Johnny is a godsend. I messed up a rental car pretty bad and needed it fixed ASAP before I had to turn it in. Johnny fixed the car perfectly and was super helpful and easy to work with. They also seem like a very honest shop with pricing and everything. The spot is kind of hidden so I'm really glad I found it. I met Johnny over a year ago at another shop he had prior, through friends. I knew he worked more on Beemers but my little Toyota needed some help. It had broken down on the side of the freeway (oil exploded everywhere under my hood) and he was nice enough to drive out to me to check it out! He's always quick to get me in, reasonably priced and fixed everything that I had been trying to get fixed after that (simple: brakes, tune up, airbag) from other auto shops that screwed me. He moved to EU and there I met Allen also who is just as accommodating. When I crashed my car I went through them instead of my insurance and they did all my mechanically work and also sent it to a body shop to complete the job. I don't want to take my BMW anywhere else. Johnny knows these cars inside and out, has years of experience, and his work is flawless. He has complete integrity, and passes my "sister test": would I send my sister (who knows nothing about cars) to have her car worked on by him? Yes, and with complete confidence--the work would be done right, the price would be reasonable and fair, and I don't have to worry about unnecessary work being done. (Well, she lives in Oregon, but you get the idea.) I've never had to take my car back to have work redone--when the work is done here, it's done right.
