Everytime we go here this owner gives another price just higher and higher. (Only been in three times) My mother and I walked in today to see how can we going about selling the Mercedes she's had over 20 years. Low miles and inoperable. It's just sitting. Today he said it would cost $3,500 to fix two months ago he said $2,000. Last year he said $1,500. My 2001 CL 500 was shaking really bad, and I had no power brakes. I met Juan at Nu Benz early around 7am. Juan stated that I had to have an appointment but decided to help me anyway. He took the car in, and I took an uber to work. I spoke to Juan later that day. He stated that the car was repaired. Apparently, the brake booster was broken, and the part was no longer available at the Mercedes dealer. So, Juan took the part off of one of his Cl's on the lot and fixed my car along with a radiator leak. All I can say is Juan did not lie and extra charge me. He charged me a minimal amount of money. Juan is very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. My car needed some brake work because something was squeaking. Then the day before I was taking it in for service, the check engine light came on and the car wouldn't move. I was prepared for bad news, but he asked me a few questions when it was flatbedded to his shop and instantly could tell it was the fuel pump. He fixed the fuel pump and the brake's (only 2, not all 4), and I'm back on the road. A lot of shops can work on many vehicle types, but if you have a MB I recommend Nur Benz. It's all they do. I always get great advise when I see the Owner he told me that I needed a battery and when I bought it he would put it in for me, most places tell you that they will only install batteries if you buy it from them. I brought in my S-Class based on a recommendation to Juan and explained the ongoing problems that I was having with various check engine light codes. My Cl500 was at a benz dealer and they said they could not fix my issue, and they broke a piece on my car and wanted to charge me over a thousand $$$ to "fix" a problem they say they could not fix.
