We were greeted when we walked in and were helped right away to have no appointments. The prices were salon prices that I'm use too. I moved to the high desert recently and was nervous about finding a new salon. This is the first one I picked and I'm so thankful it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The front desk girl is incredibly sweet and does her job well, I didn't catch her name she had me sign in and told me it would be a few minutes since I was a walk in. I waited maybe 5 minutes and they were ready for me. For my full set acrylic I got Bee and she was great! I showed her a picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted. For my pedicure I got Kat and she was great as well I felt sooo relaxed. Both ladies were very sweet I'll be requesting them in the future. The inside of the salon was really nice & clean. Pedicure for myself, pedicure and gel mani for my daughter. My pedicure was sloppy, nail tech was not friendly. Just kept hitting my foot when she wanted me to move it instead of using her words. My daughter's nail tech was a lot better and friendlier. Found it rude that everyone was offered a drink and we were not and that even someone who was not receiving services was given not just a water or soda butan alcoholic beverage. I said yes your technician may have taken. However, many minutes you said by looking at the camera, but again the service felt rushed secondly Like I said, I showed him a picture of what I wanted before he even started the service and he told me that that was gel polish and that he can do it with gel polish When in reality he cannot do it with the gel polish. I get my toes done a lot. I know that this is an acrylic Base on the picture, but I've been to plenty of nail shops and gotten a clear pink base before. The guy who did my pedicure was not knowledgeable. He did not know who he was talking about, and he kept having to bring me colors because I was informed that he had that color I wanted if he would've told me in the beginning that he didn't have that color in gel I would've just told him from the beginning to do white polish. You can send me screenshots all you like, but again the polish was not white. It was an off-white. It seemed to have a color tint to it it was not pure white, but if you like you can upload the screenshots and then I can go ahead and upload pictures of the pedicure. I went and got after I left your establishment And got actual white toes. So while you may respectfully disagree with some parts of my review, respectfully my review was completely honest and true, and it probably took so long because he kept having to stop to go get colors or get up to do other things during my pedicure time he should have just said he didn't have anything similar to the color that I wanted in the beginning and that would've made everything much easier so thank you for your reply but like the service I got at your establishment today it wasn't needed. Went here for a pedicure for my first time. I had an ingrown toe nail and never in my life had I felt so humiliated. They told me it was against state board and stopped mid pedicure. I don't recommend this overly hyped up salon that looks nothing like the videos they portray it to be. I had no infection that takes a few min to fix. Y'all have one job and Can't do it. read more

He was noticeably angry at me for asking him to do his job. not even mid service all he had on my nails was just the glued on tips for acrylics he got up asking me if I can wait I I said I've already waited in an hour. How much longer would you like me to wait and he said just a little bit then I see him over doing another girls nails when mine we're just getting started. I talked to the front desk lady and the only solution they give me is to wait even longer for another person to be done just so they can finish my nails which weren't even close to being done. this place is absolutely terrible. Do not book here if you have other plans for the day. Three separate occasions I've made appointments and I'm stuck here waiting for 2+ hours to get a pedicure and a fill. The first time I booked an appointment for three pedicures one for myself and my mother and sister, it was supposed to be quality time - but they only had 2 pedicure technicians working and they had me sitting in the chair for the entire time my mom and sister go their pedicure without me, and when I inquired about my pedicure they informed me they only had two techs for pedicures that day. Something I wish they told me over the phone. So I had to leave without a pedicure because I wasn't going to make my mom and sister wait on me for over an hour. Then I gave them another chance and came back for a full set and a pedicure, luckily I had no plans because that took 3 hours to get done because I had to sit and wait for a nail tech to become available after my pedicure. Then today I booked an appointment for a fill and a pedicure, I came in with 2 hours to do these things, I asked my pedicure tech if I would be done by noon with both services since I had to leave for work - she assured me I would be done. When my pedicure was as done at 11:20 I was sat down and told I needed to wait 15-20 min for a nail tech. I would for sure not be out of there by noon, and when I asked the lady up front and told her about my appointment and needing my fill more than my pedicure she told me next time to have them do my nails first. Lol for sure there will not be a next time. I gave this place too many chances and have had too many let downs. They really need to work on their appointment scheduling and how they handle customers with appointments. read more

It got a simple pedicure with gel polish. The service itself was fine. Polite staff, detailed and gentle old gel polish removal, thorough massage and spa treatment with hot stones and scrub. Many of my toes hurt for days because of cutting too much cuticle and gel polish application was bad. I saw this place on some girls Instagram that was promoting the place honestly looked very well, but not my experience at least. The girl who advertise it made it seem like if you go there and purchase a package you'll get like pampered with water and good vibes, but it really wasn't giving that. I think I did a $50 package pedicure and let me just say the girl that I had I forgot her name but she was just so rude. She didn't know how to do French tip nails because when she showed me before she put the finishing coat, she asked me if this was Ok. And I just told her she could just paint my nails white and she started saying that I should've told her from the get-go from the very beginning being rude... she didn't even warn me about how hot the foot mask was going to be. And she just kept on gaslighting me about how gel/gel X etc. of all the other gels besides regular nail polish would be better and I simply just didn't want that so she kind of made me feel like I couldn't have a limit. Then I have very bad back pain and have to move a lot, the tech was obviously getting very annoyed with me and then talking to her co workers and laughing, making me feel very uncomfortable. I had asked for a design on my big toe because we are going to Disneyland this weekend, and when she was done, I said oh! The design?! She laughed and said "oh! I forgot!! Next time!" Pamper me nails I have been going to since they opened and sevrvice had been fine up until this point ! But unfortunately this salon has changed their policies ! 1. They offer a punch card which is great , however they will not punch your card if your paying with card! I spent $130 and they would not punch my card cause I wasn't paying cash ! In my opinion that is ridiculous. Pure greed 2. Today I went for a gel x fill which is where I've been getting my fills but she proceeded to tell me they have a policy change and they do not do fills for gel x anymore and I needed a full set ! No thanks with these greedy policies! If I am missing something here please help me to understand I will say Ruby did an excellent job on my last visit for my fill ! She is the only reason I went back after that ridiculous punch card situation but can't suck up those policies! Great job RUBY!
