They were super standoffish and said if I was late, they could not accomodate me and I would be charged for no show. I was literally sitting in traffic on 95 behind a bad accident and nothing I could do. I asked if they could atleast let me reschedule and I was told no. 2nd time, I did an express tan and I had to call the spa to let them know, 4-5 hrs later, I had no color on me at all. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done.

I hope the owner knows how disrespectful their staff is to people that are trying to spend money to feel good. no one wants a spray tan on a rainy day. i did not deserve the way they treated me.

The salon itself is nice, I like sitting at the table for the color- it feels more social and there are always regulars in there talking - It is welcoming, peaceful, and clean - all important. The only thing that bothered me was when I went to pay. It was $25 and I gave her a $15 gift card and a twenty dollar bill, and she took the money and said thank you. So I was like did you take your tip already and she said no and sort of gave me this look. I was a bit confused at this point and thought maybe I had heard her wrong when she said it was $25 so I just gave her the five and left. I didn't feel like arguing and felt like she was giving me a "you are a cheapo" vibe. Whatever. Anyway, it seems to be a popular place - the place was packed the whole time.
