Worst experience. I get there and first off they did not have robs or a towel to cover since I was wearing a romper. Next, as I was in the middle of getting the service done, the lights went out. I had to go back to work afterwards so unfortunately was not able to come back in and get it finished, I also did this to see my boyfriend long distance the following day. Fast forward 3 years later, there was a groupon online for them. I purchased one and made an appointment and since I went in even though it was incomplete and a bad experience, they said I was unable to use it. Went out of the way to call me twice while at work to let me know it can not be used after I continuously explained what happened. Regardless of this, the place was not the greatest anyways. The girl who did my wax (can't recall her name but she was Brazilian and very sweet) did a great job and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
