I used to see Emma and she was really great. Then I stopped going for the winter and returned recently. The last girl who did just my lip was okay. She went over it multiple times, unlike Emma used to, so I was worried. But I didn't have any bumps later and decided to schedule with her again for upper lip and Brazilian. I ended up rescheduling because I saw that I had scheduled right before my period and have read that your skin is more sensitive at that time. Without knowing, they rescheduled me with someone completely different. When I walked in to her room, she didn't seem very friendly and introduce herself or say much at all. Just told me to get undressed. I didn't mind because if she's a good waxer then that's fine.. but then I mentioned that my hair is pretty long and might need a trim. She said okay but didn't do anything and just waxed me up. I told her that I rescheduled my last appointment because it was right before my period and I've read you should avoid that but she said that was incorrect... She left the wax on much longer than I'm used to and then really struggled to pull and pulled slowly. My hair was obviously too long. She went to pluck a lot of hairs in between waxes. I then asked her how long she had been working there and she said 2 months. I was really considering asking her to stop because it was just so painful how slow she was going but i'm non confrontational and didn't.. my upper lip seemed fine but she put the serum on which I thought was strange since I've been told before it's not for your face. Maybe it was something different? I told the front desk staff and they were SUPER nice about it and understanding and directed me to schedule with someone else more experienced. I came home and noticed that there's tons of hair on the left half of my lip but the right half is totally bare. There was wax left over on multiple spots for my brazilian so much that it was sticking to my clothes and hairs left over in multiple spots. Even though this was a really bad experience that left me in mental shock for at least an hour after the appointment, front desk staff is wonderful, it's a nice clean location, and this is the only bad experience i've had there. I'll let you know how it goes with the next waxer! - update: came back in for a touch up on my lip and Sarah was great! super friendly, quick, and got all the hairs. She did put a serum on after so I guess that's normal! read more

Easy to book with them, very understanding of schedule changes, and in the same complex as a lot of guilty pleasure shopping! Can't ask for more. I also had a few wax passes left since I moved from another city, and was a little bummed about how far I have to drive from Tosa, but it was so very worth it. I worked with Tammy who was fantastic as it had been a little while since I had last been. She was incredibly easy to talk to, distracting me from any pain, and I walked away completely pain free and not traumatized after so long! They're also really great about not pushing products on you which I'm sure feels awkward for everyone involved. Would highly recommend. read more

While my services weren't bad, I am still getting charged on my credit card well over a year after I left the area. This is the second time my card was charged. The first time they apologized and corrected it. The second charge "isn't from them" and they can't seem to figure out how to remove it. currently working with my credit card company. beware. watch your credit card for years! read more

Had my first Brazilian here which was nearly painless with Jackie she was very sweet and nice it was done in nearly 10 mins maybe even less. I'm only giving four stars because I had to pluck a few missed hairs but now I will know to double check before leaving on my next appointment, she is fairly new so no hard feelings at all practice makes perfect overall was a pleasant experience and awesome that they gave me a great first time discount. This was my first time here and the employees were nice but the service was terrible. I showed the esthetician a picture of what I exactly wanted because it was eyebrows i've had in the past. She gave me the mirror three different times to check and I had to give corrections twice. There are strays everywhere and my eyebrows are uneven. They look absolutely nothing like my picture. I wanted to stay till I liked my eyebrows but every time I made a correction it was worse and I realized the longer I stay the worse they'll be so I just left. I went to the Mequon location and booked an appointment with Sydney W., per a friend's suggestion. I have a very terrible experience the first time I had a wax and was hesitant but Sydney was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable, during what could be a very awkward situation. There were a couple painful moments (to be expected) but overall I was worried for nothing! She made it less painful and extremely relaxing. I was ready for a nap afterwards, which I thought would be my last reaction! I also have very sensitive skin and was expecting some irritation. Two days later, I experienced no pain or irritation afterwards! I highly recommend Sydney!! I booked another appointment for next month because she's so great! read more

Horrible. Absolutely mortified to be outside with my brows TWO different lengths. I have a short bus and a full length bus for eyebrows, I attached photos for your own opinion. My tech was SAVANNA! Don't know if she's inexperienced but I'll NEVER trust my eyebrows being waxed again,ever. Now I got my upper lip as well, but come on can you screw that up?? Ugh. I have been going to EWC in California for about a year and then ended up moving to Wisconsin. unfortunately there are only three here so far but I have always had a great experience at this one! I was very skeptical at first because I had been with the same waxer for so long and it can be a very intimate experience. Tammy is very professional and sweet. I agree with other reviews, this is the BEST place for waxing. I called and Jessa answered and was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating she was able to schedule me that same day. Kristen was the specialist who waxed my brows and lip. She was VERY informative, kind and did a great job. She explained the difference between hard and soft waxing which I had no idea about and explained to me why other salons have a tendency to cause skin tears. When completed my waxing she suggested an exfoliator for my skin but let me say she was NOT pushy trying to sell a product. I did purchase the exfoliating wash for what I believe is a reasonable price. Overall I highly highly recommend this place. read more

I saw Diamond today. I was less than impressed. With all the years that I have been getting my eyebrows done, I have NEVER had a worse job done. $21 turned into $50 as I had to buy a brow pencil to help fill in where my brows SHOULD end and did before she got her hands on them. The worst part was one eye was shorter than the other!! NEVER again. read more
