This was not my first brazilian wax, but it was my first time getting this service at this location. I understand this service is expected to be painful, but this was extremely uncomfortable compared to other times i've received this service elsewhere. The way strips kept breaking, and it felt rushed. Additionally, I was left with random patches of hair throughout the area, not leaving me smooth like I had hoped. This caused further irritation as I had to shave this off myself after. My skin has never felt so inflamed and irritated after a wax like this in my life. read more

If I could leave a half star I would. First encounter, scheduled for 9:15, I am prompt and they tell me that I was scheduled for 9:00.. and they failed to send me a confirmation text. Then to add insult to injury they had no other options available. Too many places to choose from to have such horrible service. First time fail... oh well. Don't waste your time or money, too many other small businesses that deliver great service and accurate scheduling. read more

Okay. Jessica needs to be the Trainer. I kept wondering what the Edge was here. - yes, it was clean - they smiled She is the real deal...confident, smooth, PROfessional. This was my first visit to European Wax Center and it will be my last Kara my waxer was awful. I tried to grin and bear it but it hurt more than any of the waxed I've got before because she wasn't pulling the skin tight at all! Plus she was doing too big of chunks at a time and made me bleed multiple times. All that I might could deal with if she actually got all the hair but she let judge patches unwaxed and lots of strays untweezed and this is with me asking her multiple times to make sure she got it all. The hair she left in patches was on the sides and backs of my legs or I wouldn't have left without getting it fixed. read more

The first time I had a brazilian, I liked it and it was a fairly great job. The 2nd time it wasn't done as well. Fast is one thing but rushing a job is not good. 3rd time was a charm and I'll NEVER be back. Very crappy job, lots of hair left, had a trainee in the room standing at the foot of my table which I didn't appreciate anyone being in there in the first place, plus I was told not asked. So she's standing at the foot of my table instead of beside me where she could actually see what's going on, looking straight up my hoohaw. Pissed me off on top of the crappy job. Heather might be good but it's when she wants to be and isn't rushed but according to her, she is always rushed. read more

My sister went there today to get her eyebrows done, but sadly I saw they don't know what they are doing because they left one eyebrows thick and short and the other one thin and long. Y'ALL!! I just had the BEST experience of my life. I went into the European wax center today, nervous for my first.. BRAZILIAN WAX. I personally went with a friend so I couldn't chicken out & thank God I did. Anyways, when I came in for my appointment the front desk was absolutely phenomenal making me feel welcomed. The whole place was extremely clean which was already an A+ in my books. Then when came time for my appointment my waxer (heather) made me feel 100% comfortable and explained everything that was going on step-by-step. She also distracted me from my pain (obviously, there was some) and told me how to care for it afterwards, seeing as I had no clue since it was my first time. Heather was wonderful & I could not have asked for a better first experience. read more

I've been here multiple times, it's the only place i really trusted. They where all very nice- as always, but my waxer placed the wax way to low into my eyelid, i told her it was burning. She proceeded to wax them twice because she didn't get all the hairs. My eyes couldn't stop tearing up because of the stinging- she said it's okay a lot of people cry it's hurts. I walked out and paid, no one said anything to me, i got in the car and looked in the mirror and my eyelids looked like they had huge raw scratches. i can't believe no one said anything to me- even the waxer. I have senior pictures this week and i can't get them done because i have big scabs on my eyes, they're constantly burning. I called and complained and all they said is they would put the money back on my card. I understand it was an accident but i did tell her it was burning and then she does it twice and says nothing to me when she sees what happens that goes for the ladies at the front desk also. i'm worried it's going to leaves scars read more

When I leave this place, I feel like a new woman. It isn't nearly as painful as you think. They spread their proprietary wax blend over your skin, let it harden, and then swiftly remove it with a tug. I have consecutively purchased 6-month Wax Passes over the past two years. It took me some time to find my preferred wax artist; Brandi is FANTASTIC if you are looking for a recommendation. I have had a poor experience on one occasion, but when I was able to get back in with Brandi after she returned from vacation, she told me the girl I saw previously was going back into training. read more

Two words for European Wax Center: never again. I could shave blindfolded with one arm tied behind my back & end up smoother than the wax I received. I spent the past 30 minutes trying to tweeze hairs & finally gave up in disgust. The wax technician was in a huge rush & more interested in selling products than ACTUALLY DOING HER JOB. She was incredibly pushy & barely gave me the time I did have to point out HUGE patches. She just kept saying "don't shave afterwards, you're going to have to tweeze these hairs." Oh, ALL the hairs you've left on my body?! I'm utterly humiliated by the fact I paid over $200 for services. I will be calling their office, or corporate, or whomever I need to & demand a refund or a complete redo. read more
