I got my nails done here a couple of days ago. I had originally posted on Facebook asking if anyone could do the design I wanted, and they assured me they could. However, when I arrived and showed them the design, they told me they couldn't do it on my natural nails and that I would need acrylics, which I didn't want. At that point, I should've walked out, but I stayed and had to change the design and the result was terrible. My husband asked for the $50 citrus pedicure that said it included a 15 minute stone massage and they barely did 10 minutes (timed by massage chair) I asked for the pomegranate massage which was $40 and supposed to include a 10 minute stone massage, barely even 5 minutes. Tried to say the sugar scrub was part of it but that wasn't even 2 minutes for both of us. Will not be back. read more

Went on recommendation The translation was hard, the stone massage was not minutes more like 5 minutes at MOST, I had to ask for the remote foe the chair, they didn't offer me anything to drink but the 2 other people seated in the chairs beside me were!!! The kicker was they were putting ICY HOT on people's legs after the pedicure!!!!!! Love this place, I'm pretty annoying to give a mani to... I stiffen my hands , I blast the massage chairs, I'm indecisive on colors, I constantly crack and break nails often. They are so patient and tell me they'll fix my nails anytime and they've even stayed later to finish fixing my nails when I get off work late. I have ingrown toe nails and they give me the best pedicures, super relaxing. read more

They are definitely nice and have potential. I did a Pedi/mani and the woman provided a nice service for me. I brought my own polish. I would definitely recommend they clean better. The chairs where you put you arms and hands were smudged up with previous client prints and the first chair I was give also had lotion/oil on the actual seat where my legs would have been. The second chair had the foot basin dirty with paraffin pieces. I know they use a plastic liner but still it's not something that should be left dirty. Also, their instruments were not in sterilization bags so I question if they are autoclaving their instruments after each person. Bathroom needed to be cleaned as well. It was morning to so not the end of day. If it had been cleaner I would have given 5 star. read more

My friend and I came with the EXACT same design, just my nails were a few CENTIMETERS longer, and I got charged a extra 100$ for mine. Nails aren't even the same design, HAVE POLISH ALL OVER MY HAND. And then got a attitude with me over why mine was a extra 100! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK! Manager( lady who loves pink) was a complete bitch. Went here with my friend and her mother. We had appointments for 10 AM and actually showed up a little early. We were greeted by a gentleman that seemed to be a manager type. He never once checked to see if we had an appointment but proceeded to take us back along with another employee. There was only one other customer at the time and when got to the back everyone seemed confused and unorganized. The three of us were there for dipping powder on our nails. Instead of being seated next to each other I was seated away from my friend and her mother. The woman that did my nails did a fair job. However, the young lady that was doing my friends nails was just awful! Instead of soaking off the dipping powder on her nails the girl was trying to "file" them off completely with that dremmel type implement. My friend told her several times that she was hurting her and asked her to remove them by soaking them off. By the third time she told the girl to either do it the other way (soak them off) or get someone else to do them. Not once did anyone apologize to my friend or offer to do anything different. Finally another employee went back and got the stuff to soak her nails off. We just couldn't believe what a horrible experience she was put through. I've never seen such poor customer service. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place to get their nails done. read more

Went in for mani and pedi. I'm assuming he was one of the "owners". But I promise you that I will never step foot in that place again. Very, very rude! Went to sit down and the lady that was sitting in the next chair her shoes were in the way so I went around the other way and he said I told you to go around the other way. First of, you not about to talk crazy to me. So I went to get in the chair and almost lost my balance as I sat, he is staring at me like he did have the time, so he had the nerve to ask me do you want your feet done or not. Well sir, you have just lost a customer and I will take my money and spend it elsewhere. Don't think that you can talk to customers crazy and get away with it. It's too many nail salons in town that will be glad to do the same job that your providing. read more

Worst waxing experience ever. The "esthetician" used the same waxing applicator throughout the entire process. Repeated dipping is against the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations laws. They should be investigated for license violations. read more
