I really enjoyed my experience at EV Nails! I got a gel pedicure and an acrylic fill manicure on my natural nails. Kelly did an awesome job on my manicure, and I really loved how my pedicure turned out as well. The salon is on the smaller side, but it's clean, comfortable, and has the typical nail salon setup with plenty of color options to choose from. I decided to step outside my usual comfort zone and went with blue, and I absolutely loved how it turned out! The service here is always top tier, they have little snacks at the front in case you're starving, water if thirsty, and they are so sweet. I've never had a bad experience, I never feel judged or nervous to go into the shop. They genuinely go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want. I usually have Ben, Kelly, and Andy do my nails and they all do a fantastic job. Ben is a great artist and is extremely detail oriented- he is able to complete even the most detailed designs flawlessly. We were in the neighborhood after a round of golf and my son wanted a pedicure. We were greeted immediately. I decided I would get a pedicure as well since I have to wait for my son anyway. Andy spent a lot of time making my feet presentable. I didn't get the name of the lady who worked on my son but she was so great at cutting his ingrown nails. I showed up a bit early to an appointment in this area, so I figured I'd go get my nails done while I wait my turn. This place wasn't to far and had good reviews, so I thought I might give it a shot. I was not greeted right away, so I started filling out the tablet up front to join their rewards program. I was, however, eventually greeted and asked what I was walking in for. $30 is a fair price for a basic pedicure, so I took a chance. The water temperature was just right. The TV was on some YT video showing of the different United States and from a drone point of view. There was Christmas music playing in the background with no narration. It was a nice, calm atmosphere. Also very clean. It looks like they had a lot of regulars so that was a good sign. If I am in the area, I would come back here. Walked in and was treated like a queen. Clean, detailed and experienced, had both pedi and mani and think it's the best I've ever had.

Nina did my manager cure. Very Professional and talkative. Her only son is serving in the Military . 2 Tours, one in Iraq & One in Afganistan. The premises is extremely clean and bright . Lots of chairs for Pedicures and stations for manicures. Nina really gave me an Awesome Manicure Conveniently located close to one of my favorite Starbucks. 10 minutes from where i live. I don't like writing negative reviews, but felt like I needed to write this one to let people know of my experience at this nail salon (currently was named Love Nails). The owner, Ben, did my nails and I thought the owner would be the best person to do my nails but that was not the case... he wouldn't listen how I wanted him to do my nails and only wanted to do it his way and kept making me feel guilty about how I wanted him to do it. I felt like he was trying to just upsell me on things to add to the pricing and I kept telling him no I don't want to do that. When I told him no, he got upset and changed his friendly attitude into a very unfriendly attitude. It was very uncomfortable. It was definitely not a way to relax while getting my nails done. I decided not to go back to him again so for my next visit, I decided to give it another chance and tried another girl there since I didn't like Ben's salty attitude. Her name is Kelly (not sure if that is her real name), which I believe is his wife and her attitude was even worse!! She threw the nail files and the instruments she used on me on the nail table and pretty much ripped the old acrylic/tips off my nails!! I was shocked and have never been treated like this at a nail salon. By the end of my appointment, I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could! I actually should've left at the beginning when she first threw her nail file around on the table. I've never been to such an unprofessional place with such unprofessional owners to top it off! She definitely was not gentle at all. She acted like she was mad at me and acted like I did something wrong. I should have said something to her and walk out of that place but I stayed and continued to let her do this. It was uncomfortable with Ben on my first visit with him, but it was extremely uncomfortable with her of how she was treating me and how poorly she was handling my nails. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she should never take it out on their customers. Also, my thumb nails were not even, one was shorter than the other one, but I was not going to say anything to her because I didn't want her to get mad and make things worse. I paid over $73 which is a lot and didn't feel like I got what I paid for, especially the terrible experience with these two owners (Ben & Kelly) that I thought would have been more professional and friendly but that is not the case. Maybe try a different nail tech in their shop but don't have Ben & Kelly do your nails. I don't understand why these owners have a customer base business like this since they both are very rude to their customers and treat them very poorly. I even saw her treat other customers rude. I have given them a try and I will never EVER go back nor would I recommend them to anyone else which is why I'm writing this review to warn people. I would not want anyone to be subjected to this type of treatment. I don't write a lot of reviews but felt it was necessary to warn people about this place and to BEWARE If I could give zero stars, I would because they don't deserve any stars. ***FYI....Love Polish is the same new owners of their new name EV Nails. They bought Love Polish and have recently changed their biz name to EV Nails. read more

What a joke. I scheduled an appointment for 9:45. They wrote it for 9:30. I remember specifically asking for a little later as I was coming from another appointment. I get there at 9:43am. They tell me it's gonna be awhile as the person I booked is doing a pedicured. Why?! You opened at 9:30. You didn't even call me and you had my phone number to see why I'm running late or if I want to reschedule? Lack of follow through. Why bother with a phone number if you won't use it? Went in for gel nails for a wedding and was told it was $65 then charge $5 extra for getting almond shaped nails?!! The whole time she kept talking to others and answering the phone and when I said the nails were too thick she disagreed. I walked out with $81 bill. Highway robbery! read more
