I've gotten everything done here from dip manicures to gel pedicures and everything in between (my four year old daughter has come here several times as well. I have never been disappointed. The nail techs are all very professional and kind. They truly want their clients to leave with a smile on their faces and it shows! Philip is incredible and did these nails for me just a few minutes ago, I couldn't wait to share them here. Kevin was friendly and told me about cuticles and nail care and took his time with my nails. Wow - I have been going to this place for over 4 years - I have had the best nail tech Cindy. While Cindy was out of the country I had to use another tech. I used Leeann. I've seen her work and was optimistic because it was someone new. When I expressed that I was unsure often color she was like well too bad I'm not taking it off. During my nails appointment she expressed to me how she yelled at another customer because the customer was asking her quotation about her personal life and was distracting her from doing her work. I kept the color she chose cause said she couldn't find the color I wanted. I went to get them done of 3 days ago and I accidentally cracked a nail down the center. I called him made an appointment for 930 on 6/6. Leeann came in sat down next to me and looked at it and was like what do you want me to do. I said can you please fix the crack. She said no I don't wanna fix it. Got up walked outside to smoke a cigarette. I had to ask another employee to help me. Mind you I tipped her 20 dollars on a 100 dollar total! My new GO TO nail salon! The place is very clean, everyone is so friendly, and do a thorough job at a fair price. I went in for a SNS dip manicure with gel Rejuvenate pedicure. Kevin did SO amazing with my rejuvenate pedicure and I left feeling so relaxed and cleaned up with a perfect pale yellow color. He took his time to really me up and made it perfection! They didn't try to upsell me on every tiny thing (don't worry, I will do it myself anyway if I want it). Tory did my full set and she did exactly what I asked. The worst experience ever. I booked for 4pm. The second I walked in, they had the appointment wrong and said I was early. I showed them my phone and notifications that it booked for 4pm. They continued to berate me for being early. I stayed and this is the result. I have to go to another place 30 min away to fix their awful job. I had my toes and nails done at the same time. The entire time, she yanked my hands and kept telling me to "relax". I am SO sad to be leaving this review as I thought I found a permanent nail salon after moving to Scottsdale. I have been here 3 times for a full set and pedicures. I went in yesterday and had an appointment with Susan. She was SO rude and AGGRESSIVE that I wanted to burst into tears. I made an appointment for full set. Because my natural nails were long, she made the decision to do "overlay" instead without telling me. I never asked for that so I quickly asked why she didnt put the tips on. She got defensive and started yelling that I should "TRUST" her as a nail tech and if I didn't then I can find someone else to do my nails. I didnt want to start a scene in the middle of the salon and I was there after a long day of working so I was mentally exhausted. But to be treated and spoken to like that is BAFFLING. My nails did NOT turn out how I wanted to and paid $93 for a full set of SHORT nails. I will be reaching out to the salon and if they wont solve this, I will be disputing it with my bank read more

Warning! Zero customer service! My daughter and I planned mani/pedis. The polish I chose for the mani was from their inventory and sheer pink. The technician coated it so thick it was obvious it was never going to dry. I bumped nail and she looked annoyed but corrected it. At that moment I should have said, that polish must have been old- it is too thick... but I thought I would just wait it out. Over an hour later my nails were still total mush. The few that were not tacky could still be indented with the light touch- it was the equivalent of a 10 year old doing nails. We were shopping in the same area so we walked back in and asked for the polish to be removed so I could get to another appointment (and asked if I could come back another day). I was questioned why I couldn't correct them immediately and I repeated I had an appt. What time? It was so odd, I explained it was directly. I was told regular nails were "not guaranteed". Sure, I get this but the nails are a mess and won't dry. This isn't about chipping... There was a standoff and staring, just no willingness to do anything. The attitude was now nor never. I was shocked, anyone could see it was a terrible manicure, never mind a waste of time that left a bad vibe for our "fun day". I left for my appt and called while I was driving to ask for another day or a refund- and even said I don't want to leave a bad review. Either option was a simple and reasonable solution! Collectively we spent $250 in the shop (and my daughter gets gel there regularly). I later got a call back but they still refused to allow me to reset a time that would work for me or refund. It is so unfortunate that they care so little about customers or the quality of their service not to simply fix the problem. At this point it is maybe $30 but it is the principle. Be aware they do NOT stand by their work nor do they care about customer service or basic business ethics. With so many great shops in the area there is no reason to waste your time or money and be treated like the bad guy for expecting basic quality service. Came in and saw Vanna for my nails. She did do a decent job on the pedicure- really pretty nail art. And I really enjoyed conversating with her- she's a sweetheart. However my acrylic nail job is one of the worst I've had. My cuticles are so cut up/ruined from the drill. My fingers hurt so bad from the way she took off my old nails to put new on. And the quality of work is something I wouldn't expect from someone who has been in the business 30 years and owned 3 salons at one point. (Her words). My nails look so grown out already. High prices for rushed, subpar services. Do not recommend. I have been to this establishment about five times over the course of six months. Since moving to AZ, I had not been able to find a quality nail salon and can't decide if there just aren't any or the bar is lower than my previous state of residence. The staff here is a mixed bag, some are friendly others are so rude and borderline argumentative. I appreciate that you have an opinion and expertise on how something is done, but ultimately I'm paying you to do something to my preference, not yours. Every time I'm here I feel rushed, it's never relaxing and it seems like they're just trying to sell and complete the highest priced service in the least amount of time. Thus, getting my nails done here always feels stressful and like I'm bothering or inconveniencing their staff. I requested some nails fixed today -- from a gel manicure I got while in another state. I clearly let them know that they did not do the previous work and I was happy to pay for the fixes. They ordered me around about where to pick colors, kept telling me I wouldn't find an exact match, and after I said over and over I understood I just needed something similar to hold me over for a week or two they persisted that my getting a similar and not exact color would somehow make me unhappy, even though I very much understood what I was requesting. I sit to get two nails fixed and the nail tech jerks my hands quite a bit and is just a bit forceful with me. I ask for a third coat to which she physically reacts and appears annoyed and begrudgingly applies. After she's done I reach for my wallet and in a rude tone tells me to pay up front, I tell her I was going to tip her and hopefully that's ok with her. I pay at the front and realize that part of the clear coat is stuck/overpainted from my nail across my cuticle to my finger. I go back and ask her to file it. She lightly files it and then files the tip of my nail, as if it were a shaping issue. I point it out again, that's there is a large clear misshapen piece down my cuticle. She again doesn't file it properly. I give up and leave. Look at these beauties in the photos where she managed to not paint my whole nail but somehow paint all over my skin and cuticles and not clean up the color as she went -- impressive. Three stars are for tow decent past pedicures I've had here. read more
