She was friendly, confident and had a "Can do" attitude. I scheduled my appointment and eagerly anticipated the install of my new light fixture and smart thermostat. I was given a window of time to expect the technician and they were on time. A text was sent with a picture of the electrician, which tells me Wired is safety conscious, and it included a brief history about them..... great talking points to break the ice. We got to meet Isaac, Robin and Justin. They were all knowledgeable and efficient. The cost for the work done was invaluable to us. I finally cancelled the whole transaction. As renters were coming soon, I went to Dew's in a panic. Thank goodness! The employees of Dew's were so helpful. I was directed to the size that would work in the condo and within a few minutes walked out with a smile. Delivery was guaranteed for a specific day and actually came and was installed that day. They brought it in and stuck it in the hole on the counter and that was it. I get that they don't connect gas but they wouldn't even put the parts on the bottom that come with it for the gas to be connected to it. Now, I'm paying a handyman to do that for me. What a joke.
