It was like 9pm but we called and they had a technician here within the hour. It started up again just before he arrived but he checked everything out anyway & said should be fine. Couple of days went by and it shut down on us again. They sent another technician out and he reported our compressor had just worn out. It would work until it got too hot then shut down. In less than 48 hours they replaced our compressor with a used one in good working order to keep us cool for as long as it works and then we can replace our system. This work was done on Saturday in 90 degree heat but they didn't charge us anything! Our contract wouldn't have covered all of this. Garrett and his crew went over and beyond to take care of us.
