Girl was so on the phone massaging me and was loud, she would massage with one hand while the other one was holding her phone to her ear and then to change hands place her phone on my foot, like seriously so unprofessional and uncomfortable because I think she was FaceTiming. I've been here twice, post-covid. There mages are always very thorough deep tissue massage. I had different therapists each time. The first time I went for a couple's massage. My partner and the 2 masseuses were all in a room together. I had a lady who did a great therapeutic job for my muscles but definitely didn't care if it hurt me. When I asked her to go softer on my right leg, rather than lessen the pressure, she just moved on to a different part of my body. I left feeling a little lopsided but with advice that I needed to work on that part of my body (through massage, self massage, and heat). The second time I went solo and I got a masseuse named Andy who was really great, thorough, and responded to feedback. I think everyone has mentioned the language barrier, so don't expect a ton of conversation. This is a nice little hidden gem on the Cotati-RP border. The have a frequent customer card program and early bird specials for services before 11:30am. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Massage therapist are extremely professional an excellent at what they do. today however our experience was still amazing despite Century 21 Housing guy who threw a a two-year-old temper tantrum about his back being hurt. Insulting the staff and yelling like a nut job. All other people were trying to enjoy their massage experience. I see he has written a yelp review as he told the owner he would, and everybody else heard, but take his review with a grain of salt. he was an entitled jerk! They are massage therapist, not chiropractors or medical doctors. I came here a while back because of the high ratings reviews. The man who massaged me used the sheet cover that was transparent you can see through. I didn't know it was see-through because he massage my back first I thought he used a blanket or a towel and until he asked me to turn around that's when I realised that it was see-through and I didn't wear anything underneath,. In the beginning, I asked to focus on my shoulders, and I don't know what kind of methods he used but it felt like he used his elbows on my shoulders and neck which caused numbness throughout my shoulders and left arm later on. I had to see my doctor about it, and my doctor said that I probably had damaged nerves. I'm not the type to sue people when I'm not happy about something but maybe I should have sued them. So never again I will go back to this business and I recommend others to NOT come here. They're not good at all. read more

Stopped by Lifestyle and they had an immediate opening so I was in business. I went with the hour massage since it's been so long since my last one and the price was decent. The masseuse's name was Koko and she definitely didn't start off like some other places where the act of applying oil would be considered a massage. No Koko fired out the gate with some deep heavy pressure! I can appreciate a deep pressure massage but there was a couple of times the elbows were working the knots too good. Koko noticed and asked if it was too much and I reluctantly agreed. You can't undo all the knots over years in a hour so another few sessions is in order. I'll be back! read more

Asked for 30 minute massage, no one asked me anything about my preferences. Man who massaged me was totally creeping on me, insisted I take off my sports bra when I said I didn't want to, and then proceeded to caress my bare back and top of my butt while huffing and puffing with his face and chest inches away from me. 5 stars After the new remodel. The place looks great! My only reservation about sending people here was the fact that it was a little rundown looking. I love reflexology because it is a nice, no-frills, massage that is affordable enough to go every week. Especially while I was pregnant! The staff here are wonderful, English is a little rough but as long as you know what you're asking for and you know what reflexology is, you should be a very happy camper. I find the owner to be delightful and I have not had a bad massage here. The only thing that's a little bit different is that when you were ending the massage and you roll over onto your stomach for them to finish your back and shoulders you remove your top shirt like you would in a traditional massage. So there's a time when they close the curtains to give you privacy, you remove your shirt, and they do a more in-depth massage on your back then normal reflexology places. So if you're used to going to the other reflexology joints in town you might be shocked when they ask you to take your shirt off at the end. And because of the languageBarrier, I have often heard confusion going on in the chair next to me. Overall you cannot beat the price! Second massage ever, first time here. Overall the massage was pretty good. It seems though that they do not have the combo (40 minute feet , 20 minute body). What I was charged was $60 for a body massage and $30 for a feet massage so it was a lot more money than I was thinking but regardless, very good massage. I would have given 5 stars but it was just lacking a little. I was given a gc for an hour massage here and a complimentary hot stone. I called to make my appointment but got the feeling it wasn't needed, there was almost no information taken from me over the phone and none given. So upon my arrival I noticed 2 separate entrances but realized to use the 1 with the for mat. I asked the nice woman who was at the desk for Cindy because it was the name on my card. She came out nicely greeted me and brought me back to my room. Upon which I proceed to undress and lay on the table. Before I was done undressing a man knocked on the door, who I asked for a min. He politely replied ok. When I said ready he came in to do my massage. Now I prefer a male massage therapist, so I was happy, however could see how expecting a woman it could be off-putting to some. So I would specify if you have a preference. There was also no communication about the amount of pressure to be used or which areas were most important to me. I however was in need of everything being rubbed so I had no preference. I would have spoken up if there was an issue with his pressure, but he seemed to intuitively know exactly how much/ where/ what I was needing. So my only real complaints were a the road traffic, which is not in their control, and being a little cold. He 1st put oil/ lotion on my whole body before beginning the massage. So even though he had a space heater near the bed, I got a bit of a chill. There was only a very thin sheet on me, no blanket which I'm used to. The hot stone is always a favorite of mine and I definitely recommend. Because of this I'm not sure if they always finish off with a warm wet towel wipe down to remove the extra oil/ lotion, but it was a nice touch. Then I received a stamp card when I checked out for their frequent client rewards. I did not feel comfortable when they told me to take off my shirt and bra when I lay on my tummy for the back massage. First, the person massaging me kept walking out of the room to greet customers that walks in and coordinates their massages with the next available masseuse. So the massage session kept stopping often times because customers kept walking in to inquire a service. Second, after the massage I offered to pay for my massage and my friend's massage which was supposed to be $60 each for 1 hour massage. As I proceeded to give my credit card, the lady said it will be $126 for both of us because there's a $3 charge for using a credit card. $60+ $60 + $3 is $123 so why $126? She said it's $3 for each of us for credit card payment but how could it be an additional $6 if we are paying with a card once??! At that point I was already frustrated so I went ahead and paid $126 because I wanted to get over it asap. The moment she keyed in $126 on the pad, it proceeded to ask for a tip. She asked me if I would like to add a tip so I said, "yes $10 for you and $10 for my friend's masseuse." She then asked, "no more? Only $10?" I was mad at that point. How could someone ask for an additional tip when the tip I'm giving is about 15% already for each massage? She already charged me an extra $3 for paying with a credit card then she had the audacity to ask for more tip??! Never again at this place. read more

I've been here a few times. The second to last time I went, the "massage therapist brought my legs and let them fall, Did he think this was a good practice? Well, it destroyed my knee. I didn't return for over a year. I thought I'd give them another chance. I made certain to tell him NOT to do that to my legs because he injured my knee. Unfortunately, it wasn't any better.
