The entire team was extremely helpful and friendly, and was happy to answer questions, give recommendations, and provide updated quotes as we solidified our choices for the big day. At the end, we were extremely satisfied with the photo book, the prints, and the entire experience. My wife and I both work in healthcare, and they offered us an extremely generous discount, for which we were extremely grateful. To top it all off, at the end of the night when our reserved time was technically already over, and we had the last-minute rush to take more photos, the attendant didn't seem to pressure anyone, mentioned nothing about "Oh, we only have xx minutes left," or anything of the sort. He was happy to let our guests finish their photos. Again, totally unexpected, but extremely appreciated. We would absolutely work with them again, no hesitation!
