The details: I've now hired Ryan for three multi-phase projects in the last five years. The first was to fix a large bulkhead, which involved substantial demolition and re-creation of roughly half my waterfront frontage. He was fixing a prior contractor's job and my neighbor had recommended Ryan to come in and fix it. He was amazing! Totally rescued me. I hired him again a short while later to fix up my floating dock, with equally great results. Both were multi-stage designs involving heavy construction, marine/tidal considerations, and attentive neighbors and regulators. "Flawless execution" is as best as I can describe it.
