The details: I've now hired Ryan for three multi-phase projects in the last five years. The first was to fix a large bulkhead, which involved substantial demolition and re-creation of roughly half my waterfront frontage. He was fixing a prior contractor's job and my neighbor had recommended Ryan to come in and fix it. He was amazing! Totally rescued me. I hired him again a short while later to fix up my floating dock, with equally great results. Both were multi-stage designs involving heavy construction, marine/tidal considerations, and attentive neighbors and regulators. "Flawless execution" is as best as I can describe it. Recently, I hired Ryan for a third time - this time to re-build the entirety of another property's bulkhead and dock re-installation. It was something my grandfather had built generations ago, so included (for me) much emotional attachment. Ryan couldn't have been nicer, more kind, or more generous in his flexibility about partnering in that project. Lots of family history that I simply wouldn't trust to anyone else. Although the stuff he built will easily last another two generations, I would happily hire Ryan again. He made these huge, "once-in-a-lifetime" projects not just successful, but enjoyable.
