The next day she sent me a text apologizing for screaming and using vulgar language. This agent has no business working in real estate. After closing I will be filing something with the Board of Realtors, Buying a home is not an easy task and mine was very trying an stressful. I'm sure there are good agents working for this company. This was not my agent. She was the sellers agent thank goodness. I would have fired her when the 1st incident happened. There were 3 more involving my broker & the Attorney.

The website they use is also very helpful and I can easily check on payments and rent roll via their user friendly platform. So far, so good! I have 3 properties that they manage and so far, so good. They charge like most other companies in the region 10% of rent and a little more for the first month.
