He was in constant contact and followed up with the insurance provider almost daily. The teams he hired to do the work were all very professional and did amazing work. It was great that Surge arranged and oversaw every step of the process. He made sure everything got done from flooring to installing new towel bars. No detail was over looked. The value for the cost was also one of the best parts! Surge never rushed or pressed me to do any upgrades but was always willing to bounce around ideas and quote out things I was interested in.
