They take the time to interact with the cats after feeding and cleanup happens. They provide daily feedback on the app via messages and photos. I love that detail! They even bring in my mail and take out the garbage the evening before garbage day, if I request the service. I knew through the app when she arrived, saw my happy fur kids playing in the yard and then knew when Nicole left because she would check out.
