During the service, they claimed my drain plugs were stripped out. Since this was the bike's first-ever oil change and it was purchased directly from them, they are the only ones who could have caused this. Despite this, they denied responsibility and charged me for the new plugs. To make matters worse, when I picked the bike up a week later, my final bill was $384. They claimed the $220 paper I signed was "just for labor" and didn't include parts, oil, or filters. The service advisor was nice, but the pricing transparency and lack of accountability are completely unacceptable. I will no longer bring my bike here for service.

We had a clerical error that I didn't catch and signed off on, however Hexco still honored their price even when they didn't have to. Brady was low key, low pressure and not a pushy salesman at all. When it came to the dreaded Finance part, not only was Michael NOT force feeding warranty adders down our throats, he blew the interest rate out of the water from 3 other dealers we talked to. It was the most laid back transaction we have ever done. Cut to a few weeks later right before a big trip we planned with a campsite on the water, we had issues with the boat that were no fault of the Dealer's. Emily in Service was amazing and they got me in right away and when they couldn't fix it immediately, they offered me to take their demo boat to not ruin the trip. THIS is customer service and that is how you treat a customer. Even the Service dude was awesome when he came out to explain what was going on with the boat. 10/10 would recommend, they now have a customer for life.

We ended up finding my husband's boat that he has always wanted which was more than we wanted to spend. While there I found a used SXS that caught my eye. So i called my local credit union and they worked some magic and we walked out proud owners of two toys. Well after the sale.... BUYER BEWARE!!! We contacted them for an owners manual for our boat which we were the second owners as previous owners didn't leave it on boat. It took about six months to receive the manual after truly like six phone calls following up on it and we ended up buying the engine manual as they would not provide on. Upon first voyage with the boat we realized something wasn't working with the Garmin fish finding that they installed for the original owner. We actually talked to the person who guaranteed it was working when they took it in before resale. They had actually installed the wrong transducer and installed it wrong for that fish finder which made it not work properly... so there is no way it ever worked right so they never actually tested it. However we contacted Garmin it was under warranty and they explained why it wasn't working and that they lied to us. The stern light was broken when we got it home and they wouldn't make good on that either. We dropped a lot of money there and truly asked for what was promised in the sale and nothing more. They truly fought us every step of the way. I will never do business with them again and warn anyone... just go somewhere else. Look at their reviews.

I stopped in 2 Brothers on a rainy Thursday morning. They had my tire in stock and juggled the service schedule to accommodate my need. I was in and out the door in a couple hours and they didn't gouge me for their consideration. I've forgotten the names of the service rep and sales manager I dealt with but they were all about customer service not only with everyone I watched them work with. The owner, Ben George even chatted with me! I know from years of experience, and even on this trip, getting good service to ensure trip continuation is a crap shoot. It's Honda dealers like 2 Brothers that provide the support and confidence needed to make cycle touring a possible and pleasurable experience. Kudos guys!
