Jon was nowhere to be found until Monday 11/24/25morning.(the birthday event was Saturday 11/22/25 He reached out to me through text message with some lame ass apology at this point, I just wanted my money no apology needed.. I called him out on that and he claims I he even know my number as if with technology he didn't know who I was calling and blocked me and have me going straight to voicemail like I'm some stupid, dumb, ignorant person. These are the kind of games that they play. I get past that started asking for my money. He tells me he's going to process it Monday after having the bad experience that I had with them. I mentioned to him answer your phone because I know you're not answering my phone calls once again he claim that he was not sending me to voicemail. That's neither here nor there. We fast forward to Monday. I try reaching out to him after Jon tells me to call him and I start calling him. I'm going to the address that is on the invoice, which happens to be a gated community not a business office. I guess they're running the business from Lance Home, but I'm calling. I'm calling. I called three times. No answer. My daughter uses her phone and call while we're sitting at the Security Gate and he answers what a coincidence right but once again acting like I have no reason or no right to be upset or offended or feel taken advantage of and he hangs up the phone on Me. I just want my money back. I got a text message from Jon claiming that day process the refund and I will receive it in three business days. I'm waiting this is just day one. I hope I get my money, but I advise anyone and everyone to read this and not use their services worst business people ever. It was inconvenient for me and it was outside the contract I signed, but I adjusted my schedule to make it work. I was not given a specific pick up time. I was told it would be "some time after noon". The day of pickup, without notice, I received a text message at 3pm they were at my house. Within 15 minutes replied, yes, please stop by and pick them up. They did not. They came back 2 hours later and when I did not answer my phone they called the cops on me and accused me of stealing her property! The lack of coordination and professionalism in this company compels me to not recommend anyone use this company. Oh also, I wasn't going to mention anything to her, but I was charged an extra $25 for sandbags that were never used?

We had to scramble on the day of the event to borrow chairs from friends. When I raised the issue, the response was dismissive. After several emails, they admitted they had gone through their inventory but still offered nothing for the unusable chairs. When I requested a discount for a future event, I was told to inspect every chair myself at pick-up and that 'no discount would be given.' How can they completely dismiss me after I was willing to give them another chance? As a retired hospitality professional, in Palm Beach, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I recommend choosing another rental company that values its customers and ensures proper quality inspections.

After a quick conversation of what I needed I placed my deposit and the day before the event his employees came and set everything up. My guest sat inside perfectly spaced out. I used my dining table for appetizers and meals were served outside with drinks and a really nice set up. They came midday the next day so I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast outside the next morning. I was very happy and will keep them on my list for future events.
