We hopped in the truck and scrambled to the nearest store. The owners were not only understanding, they literally dropped everything to ensure the party happened! We got a great deal, very competitive over the other company and great service. We rented chairs, tables and a bounce house. Set up was prompt and the items were clean and well maintained. The rest were rounded , which did not match the tables I had. On top of that, the linens were not all the same color -- some were different shades instead of the ivory I specifically requested. The backdrop curtains were not the color pink I asked for. When making a selection from there book make sure to ask is that what you get. I felt like my concerns were not listened to, and attention to detail was lacking. When you're planning an event, those details matter. This created unnecessary stress on an important day. I hope they improve their communication and organization moving forward. MAKE SURE TO READ THE CONTRACT!
