The venue itself has such great bones that you can decorate it minimally and it would still be magical. My niece had her Quince here and it was everything plus more. From what I understand also affordable for all the amenities provided them. Catering is in-house and served buffet style. Chicken was moist and flavorful. Veggies were fresh and made al dente. Bar was on point. Cake was cut and distributed by the employees. They also did the clean up. We were allowed into the venue for a few hours the day before. When we entered the tables and chairs were set up as well as linens and plates. We just needed to come in and place all the centerpieces, decorate the front entrance and set up the dessert bar. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. DJ set up is above the party which was a nice because it didn't impede on the party guests, etc. There was enough room in one corner for the photobooth. With 120 guest and 12 round tables you were still able to maneuver between the tables with ease. There are hotels within close proximity for out of town guests that were affordable. We reserved a couple of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express nearby that also offered breakfast which was nice.

This past weekend was our first time using Party Rental outlet. I reached out for tables, chairs…read moreand linens a month prior then added a 20x30 tent the week of our event without any problem. They were able to easily accommodate the updated request. Service and replies to texts were prompt. We were slated to have it all delivered the Friday before our Saturday event, but the tables/chairs and linens all arrived Thursday which was nice. My only little complaint would be that one of the tables was slightly busted up around the edges and kind of sharp. Thankfully we didn't end up needing it anyway. So good idea to check over the delivery in case that would be an issue for you. The arrived promptly with our tent the Friday morning and set up and take down Sunday was a breeze. Prices were all very reasonable and we would use them again for future events.

I cannot say enough great things about Modern Bounce! I stumbled upon their IG page and saw that…read morethey were a sweet small family (and AAPI woman!) owned business. Everything was so smooth from the initial inquiry to the breakdown of the jumper. I asked about the highly sought after 3-in-1 bounce house but it wasn't available on my date so I booked the 2-in-1 with a slide. I loved the optional add-on of coordinating balloons. This makes it so easy to match ANY theme. Our was 7-Eleven (my daughter turned 11 on 7/11!) Cindy reached out a few days later and said the 3-in-1 was available after all! I really wanted the ball pit for the smaller children, but it ended up being a HUGE hit for the pre-teen kids as well, so this worked out great for us! BALLOONS: if you're on the fence like I was, bite the bullet and do it! It really completes the aesthetics and theme of the bounce house. Cindy was really transparent and gave me a heads up that some balloons may pop due to being in direct sunlight on a hot day, which I appreciated. We were all pleasantly surprised that NONE of the balloons popped and withstood the test... needless to say the quality of material is top tier! Also, they offered to comp gold 7-11 numbers on the arrangement for us! Overall, the communication was awesome and the setup/breakdown was great (takes about an hour) . And the bounce house itself was really clean and white bc they sanitize after every use. CONS: when they came to pick up the bounce house because the kids didn't want to stop playing, and they were so kind and asked the kids if they wanted another 10 minutes! The cherry on top was a birthday gift they gave my daughter, which was totally unexpected. It was so thoughtfully curated for her age! Clips, keychains, stickers, and body/lip scrub set. I don't know if they can continue to add this touch as they grow, but it was certainly a sweet gesture as a show of appreciation as they're starting out! These are significantly more than your average jumper but SO worth it! My daughter and her friends were still talking about it after the party was over.
