They are very well-prepared and knowledgeable, and they listen well. They meet you where you are and don't high-pressure you to do things you aren't interested in. Their group classes are outstanding. They will get you dancing quickly. The studio is beautiful. It is in an old building with great ambiance. You sometimes feel like you are in a movie scene as you enjoy the old wood floors and the views of downtown Matthews. They have a wide variety of group class levels, so you can dive in and feel comfortable no matter how much experience you have. This has been a great empty-nest hobby for us!

My room was spotless as were the hallways and lobby area. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a makeup remover wipe, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine were all on my room! The complimentary breakfast was really great also. There were options from waffles, fresh oatmeal, eggs, bacon, a variety of toasts, muffins, NUTELLA (I love nutella), coffee, various juices, and basically whatever you may need to kick start your day. What's the most standout to me about this hotel is how amazing and kind the staff is. They were genuinely so so sweet. I'll definitely be staying here from now on anytime I find myself in the area!

I did the responsible thing and called the hotel to explain the situation. I was told over the phone that it would not be a problem and that everything would be handled. Imagine my surprise when, A MONTH LATER, I suddenly get charged for not showing up. At no point during my phone call was I told I would still be charged, nor was I informed that there would be any kind of cancellation or no-show fee. Waiting an entire month to charge me is also completely ridiculous. I called the hotel to see if anything could be done, and the gentleman who answered the phone was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Clearly, customer service is not a priority here. Not once did I feel like they actually cared about resolving the issue or even listening to what happened. I've stayed at plenty of hotels, and I have NEVER experienced customer service this poor. Things happen, and I understand that businesses have policies, but when your staff tells a customer over the phone that everything is fine, only to turn around and charge them a month later without properly explaining the consequences, that's unacceptable. Save yourself the headache. Based on my experience, this hotel clearly cares more about taking your money than taking care of its customers. I will absolutely never book here again.

We bought our tickets online ahead of time--super quick, easy process, and we got to pick our seats in advance (huge bonus). I grew up loving this movie, so getting to relive it on the big screen as an adult felt like such a nostalgic treat. The parking lot was packed when we arrived (we love to see people show up!), but the check-in line moved quickly, most people had also purchased tickets ahead of time. We were hungry and decided to split a fried chicken wrap with fries, which came out to around $12. Pretty reasonable for theater food! Something that really stood out? This Cinemark serves craft beer. We didn't grab any drinks this time, but we definitely scoped out the menu for our next visit. We even saw folks walking around with giant 24 oz pours--respect. The theater itself was super comfortable. Reclining chairs, a great view of the screen even in a full house, and an overall cozy vibe. Our food was delivered to the theater, and we just picked it up from the side area without missing a minute of the movie. That convenience alone is a win. Watching Lilo & Stitch in that setting felt special without breaking the bank. We laughed, reminisced, and had a great time. Big shoutout to Cinemark for the smooth experience and that unbeatable $6 Tuesday deal. We'll definitely be back and next time, we're bringing friends (and trying the beer!).

The studio can also be rented for private events. The decor is modern, yet friendly and welcoming. When you enter the studio, you walk into a lobby which includes a reception area and bar (equipped with a large flat screen tv). There is a large dance area beside the lobby and smaller dance room in the back. The place is so charming that it makes me want to sign up for dance classes and plan a party!

Since my son lives in Richmond VA they were going to have to space out some lessons over the next couple of months. For me and my wife, we decided to sign-up for a few for more lessons, since we live here in Charlotte, and the first experience was so good. We had taken some previous lessons when we lived in Florida that we quickly dropped. Our instructor Alyona was great at getting us comfortable over the first set of lessons we took as a couple. That was in early December, and now we are both taking couple lessons and single lessons, because we are having a lot of fun. Alyona and her partner Jake are great coaches for me and my wife, because as both professional dancers they know we are there to learn and just have fun, not looking to go pro. The facility is very clean and the entire staff is very friendly. I would recommend this dance studio to anyone who needs lessons or just wants to experience having some fun from a group of folks who love what they are doing. Five Stars for sure
