Miraculously she said she could do the job even with short notice. We discussed design ideas and colors. I then sent her photos of the party room. The day of the party Roza and her partner arrived 4 hours before party time and installed the most stunning balloon decorations and backdrop. After the party they came back and collected everything. He provided us with advice on the ceremony order of events and we used this to build our dream wedding in Spanish. You can tell Jose has a lot of experience and genuinely enjoys his job, which was something important to us. His prices are also very affordable for the amazing service. He is always a text message away to answer all questions at no added cost and is always eager to accommodate for your ceremony ideas. Additionally, his website was very useful to decide on a ceremony ritual, getting advice to write our own vows, and learning the process to obtain the marriage official papers. After the ceremony, Jose took care of notarizing these papers and mailing them to the appropriate institution so you can go to your honeymoon carefree. I would not think it further and just hire him. The party packages were reasonably priced, and communication leading up to the event was clear and helpful. On the day of the party, we were only allowed to arrive 15 minutes before our scheduled start time, but the staff had a team ready to help carry everything from our car, which made setup much easier and was greatly appreciated. The party itself was a lot of fun, and all of our guests, especially the birthday girls, had an amazing time. My only criticism is that the ending felt a bit rushed. I completely understand that parties have a set timeframe and that schedules need to be maintained, but cleanup started before the kids had even finished eating. Floors were being mopped while we were still saying goodbye to our guests, which made it feel like we were being ushered out before the celebration had fully wrapped up. That said, I still think it was well worth the price. One of the biggest perks is that you're allowed to bring in your own food and drinks. There are several restaurants in the same plaza, and we ordered from Jet's Pizza, which offered a discount when we mentioned we were having a party at Rock N Tiara. Overall, despite feeling a little rushed at the end, it was a fun, well-organized party experience.
