She was a reccomendation from the woman at the Marriot who was assisting with our wedding. As soon as we got on the call, I knew I wanted to work with her. She was personable and eager to start. She immediately said lets hop on a call when ready and do a timeline. On the call, she took down every detail possible to make sure we would have no stress on the wedding day. She coordinated with our vendors and had all there information if something came up. On the wedding day, she was there bright and early and ready to go. From coordinating vendor set ups, all the details of the ceremony and reception, running around to make sure the bridal party was in the right place and keeping us and everyone else on time. Briana was so helpful in every way. Even the littlest things, she seemed to be there at every moment. Something as small as someone giving us a gift, she was right there to swoop in to take it and put in the box so we didnt have to carry it. She stayed until our after party to make sure everything was perfect for us. Weddings are stressful and stuff goes array. As a bride, I can tell you first hand you do not want to deal with these little issues as you are getting ready for your big moment. Hiring Briana helped relieve all of that stress! She even made sure at the end of our night to send up a cart to our room with everything packed up so we didnt have to think about it. It was all just done and made us feel better she was with us the whole night. Briana was amazing and I cant reccomend her enough for a Florida wedding. I promise you wont regret hiring her for your special moment and while you cringe paying some vendors - I can say first hand Briana was reasonably priced and worth ever penny! After seeing Domino Arts' photos online, I knew I wanted to work with them. Their creative eye and attention to detail is exactly what I was looking for. What I didn't know, was how rewarding the experience would be. The communication with Diana in their office was impeccable. From our first conversation, to the preshoot, to the service, then the party, everything ran so smoothly. When we first met Plamen for my son's pre-shoot, I knew he was going to be a great fit. He knew exactly how to bring out my son's personality. Not like it was work, but it was FUN! We were so happy with the photos and they made a beautiful sign in book for his party, which was part of our package. It's such a great keepsake and my son loves it! When it came time for the service photos, they worked around the personalities of everyone in our family, making everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. They just went with the flow and it felt effortless to us. At the party, we felt like Plamen was part of the family. He has such a fun, energetic vibe and knew exactly what photos to take. We got all of the family photos we wanted in the room before the party started. He was working hard to get everything without it feeling like were rushing too much or stressing about it. The Domino Arts team worked seemlessly with our videographer, who was also capturing the same moments. Once the party started, I barely even noticed them and they captured every single detail: the decor, the energy of our family and friends, all of our emotions. When I saw the photos after the party, it was like reliving it all! They really did capture everything, and of the photos are spectacular! The last step was to complete our album. As I mentioned above, I'm a graphic designer and I'm very familiar with page layout. Their process of posting the photos to their website with the ability for me to mark my favorites and write notes is very well organized. The album presented to us beautifully told the story of our special weekend. I didn't have many changes, but I did have a few photo swaps and photos I wanted to add (beyond the included photo amount). Paulina was so patient, professional and detailed in the album design meeting. She did it all over zoom, sharing her screen, so we discussed the edits in real time and I saw them as she was designing. No waiting for the next round of revisions. I left the meeting feeling very satisfied and so excited about the (almost) finished product. I'm so happy we chose Domino Arts. The entire team goes above and beyond. She had less than 2 months to plan our December 1st nuptials. Everything ran smoothly and we were able to enjoy this special night with our close family and friends...about 80 in all. The flowers were beautiful. Table settings and linens were exactly what we wanted. Her pricing was very competitive...we were able to have everything on our wishlist where as with other companies we met with, we had to make sacrifices based on budget and limited timeframe. What really impressed us most about Amaya was how sincere and genuine a person she is. You really get the feeling that she it part of your family. I have 3 daughters and G-d willing they will each marry a guy I like ‍ I will definitely be using Amaya for any and every event that is important. She was incredibly easy to work with, very thorough in asking our expectations of pictures, poses, family members, and my vision (links to my pinterest board too). She scoped out our location in advance and made helpful suggestions about natural lighting and doing a first look (which we hadn't considered before). She also suggested a fancy hanger for dress pictures which had completely slipped my mind in the billion things on my planning checklist. The day of she was early to scope everything out and worked with my maid of honor to take pictures of our home's decoration before guests arrived. The first look pictures still make me tear up in happiness at the look my husband gave me and I'm so glad they're forever captured. She did beautiful edits on my dress and solo pictures and kept my grumpy cat of a husband smiling and laughing even when he was very much done having his picture taken. I've gotten so many compliments on the photos and questions if they were taken at a country club, no one guessed it was a backyard. The ceremony photos captured us and our guests along with many family shots we'll cherish as we have family that infrequently visits from out of the country. The candid photos of guests enjoying the evening, drinking and dancing were the icing on the cake (and the cake pictures were great too!). Make the easy decision to have Rachel capture your special moments but know you'll have a hard decision later of which pictures to put in an album or on a wall because there will be so many amazing shots.

Let's start off with my initial meeting with the owner Wayne (and Bryan)... I should have ran far far away after the bullshit this company put me through. First off, I was a bride who wanted a tent for my outdoor wedding on a golf course. I asked about a sailcloth tent and realized it was way out of my budget when I saw the price... (happens a lot to brides). So I was ready to explore the next option with them which was a clear top A-Frame tent. I was absolutely scolded for changing my mind to explore a more affordable option, to the point that I left the office and cried in my car. My fiancé straight up said he was an absolute dick. Red flag from day 1, not a great start. Anyways, the venue we were working with knew this company personally and still recommended me to use them. I went to Tents and Events and got a way better price from them and better customer service, but elegant occasions finally agreed to match their price. I was talked into going with elegant, and it only got worse from that moment. We hired them for a 50 by 90 clear tent, dance floor with a subfloor, DJ and sound system, and for the poles to be covered with a swagged fabric. We ended up paying this company 13,000. Yes, 13 THOUSAND DOLLARS. So they did not keep any communication from the second we paid them, until the final walkthrough meeting. Imagine that for a bride to deal with. WAYNE and BRYAN were supposed to be at the final walk though meeting, I mean they've only known since 11 months ago that we booked them. The final meeting was supposed to tie up all of our loose ends and answer any questions, and also decide on the placement of the tent. Guess who didn't show up and sent two "assistants". You guessed it, WAYNE AND BRYAN. The two MOST important people that should have been there. Now, if you're going to send an assistant with knowledge, cool. But EVERY SINGLE QUESTION WE ASKED, THEY HAD NOT EVEN ONE ANSWER. They didn't even have the contract in hand, they were holding a proposal email that had all the inaccurate information. Everything we asked, they said "we don't know we will have to ask Wayne and Bryan". I finally had a meltdown 3 days before the wedding because of this unprofessional company with an absolute jerk as an owner. I expressed to Bryan my feelings the day after, and he told me Wayne was going to give me a call. I never got a call, of course. Even Tents and Events called me to ask if I needed anything. How pathetic. I told Tents and Events that I regretted not hiring them, and they laughed when they heard Elegant Occasions. Clearly this has happened before. Sooo in the end, Wayne decided to put some dirty, broken, uneven dance floor. My entire wedding was beautiful (thanks to the venue and wedding planner) but the dance floor was just absolutely horrendous. It was installed the day before and I asked for it to be fixed. He told me it was another 1500 dollars to fix. He also got some cheap ass wrinkly fabric to cover the poles of the tent with. When I said to him that I paid an extra $1000 for them to be SWAGGED, he didn't care and then threatened to take them down. My dance floor was LAUGHABLE as well as a serious tripping hazard. It fell apart by the end of the night. I do NOT recommend this company for ANYTHING. My wedding planner had to harass them as well and she said she will never recommend them to a bride EVER.
