    Thank you Bethany!! Bethany helped bring our dream florals to life for our wedding this past May. Everything was stunning and so beautiful. I do wish communication had been a little bit better at times - it took awhile to hear back from her sometimes and I often had to send follow up emails. I know May is a busy time for weddings though, so I can't blame her! The only other comment I have is that I had told her I wanted baby's breath incorporated into my florals as I was also doing some in my hair, so I wanted to tie it all together. Unfortunately on the day of, there wasn't baby's breath to be found. The florals were still absolutely gorgeous, I just wish she had remembered to include it. Otherwise, I loved working with Bethany! She was not there herself on the day of, but she was very easy to talk to and answered the many many questions I asked her throughout the process!

We had been engaged since the end of 2020, but because of covid and our financial situation we had to put our wedding on the back burner. When we were finally in a good enough place to start planning again, my number one priority was finding a venue I didn't feel like I was compromising on. I knew I wanted a venue with a fantasy vibe, something that would be unique and magical, possibly outdoors but not a priority. The cottages delivered all that and more! A lot of reviews state pictures don't capture the full beauty this venue holds, and they are right. It's easy to see the time, effort, and love that Jules and her team put into making this small section of Temecula a little slice of fairytale paradise, but what really makes this place extra special is Julie Edwards herself. From the very beginning I could tell that Jules was someone special. You could tell her number one priority was to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. As someone who had never planned any type of event before, there were many times I felt a little in-over-my-head, but whenever I had a question or any concerns, I knew I could shoot Jules an email or text and she would be there, helping me through the process and easing my worries. Day-of Coordination: Elena stood out not only on the wedding day but also in the months leading up to it. She was incredibly helpful during the planning process--offering thoughtful insight into creating a seamless timeline and even helping with ideas for decor and place settings tailored to our outdoor, beachy (and occasionally windy!) wedding. She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. She kept everything moving smoothly, pointing me in the right direction while allowing me to fully enjoy the company of our guests and the magic of the day. And she always made sure we were taken care of (never without a drink in hand!). Her leadership and attention to detail made it all so effortless for us. I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. First of all, how dare you ever tell a bride "no need for a day of coordinator, because we will provide one!" What an absolute joke. I set the tables, the isle was NEVER set up, I was dressed and guests arriving when a friend ran in and said "the isle isn't set up at all!!" IMAGINE BEING IN YOUR DRESS AND RUNNING TO TAKE CARE OF IT. The worst part, there were clouds in the sky so they moved my entire set up from the gorgeous courtyard to this ugly, unevenly paved tent. If I wanted to have my wedding in a tent, I would have had it at a friend's house in the backyard. The "day of coordinators" were late to the Venue and never set the dried lavender up to be tossed as we walked back from the alter. I even went looking for the girl, no where to be found. Finally found her.. in some back room.. looking so stressed. And for what? She didn't do anything.. I moved all the tables myself... I arranged the florals.. I set up the dessert tables... All in all, we put on smiles and I attempted to have a lovely time. Even though I was in full regret from ever deciding to use Tívoli. I needed support, and unfortunately, I never received it from the staff. Also, when people decide to do the family style dinner,(all the different foods on a platter) you should be using FLAT plates. Not raised plates that almost look like pasta bowls. All the food came out smushed together. Imagine waiting 10 years to be married, and then this is your experience... I included a photo for proof. We were there. And no tables in the insanely beautiful courtyard.... The whole reason I traveled 300 miles for this venue.

Every corner of the venue made for a stunning backdrop, and our pictures turned out incredible because of it. A huge reason this venue became our number one choice was Lisa, who gave us our tour. She made such a genuine connection with us that we simply didn't find at the dozen or so other venues we toured. That personal touch made all the difference and is what ultimately made this venue our first choice. We genuinely felt valued from our very first visit, and every meeting afterward reinforced that feeling. I also have to give the biggest shoutout to our venue coordinator, Meghan. I'm not spending 50k plus on a venue that doesn't even ack me She calls 5 mins later with a voicemail saying I came early and she was running behind. I came 15 mins early. She recommended vendors who, on our wedding day, delivered top-tier service. She is well-connected within the San Diego wedding industry and is beloved by these vendors, and I understand why.
