This review has been 4 years in the making. That's how long it has taken me to actually be able to look back at that day and finally be able to talk about it without being full of rage. First of all, how dare you ever tell a bride "no need for a day of coordinator, because we will provide one!" What an absolute joke. I set the tables, the isle was NEVER set up, I was dressed and guests arriving when a friend ran in and said "the isle isn't set up at all!!" IMAGINE BEING IN YOUR DRESS AND RUNNING TO TAKE CARE OF IT. The worst part, there were clouds in the sky so they moved my entire set up from the gorgeous courtyard to this ugly, unevenly paved tent. If I wanted to have my wedding in a tent, I would have had it at a friend's house in the backyard. The "day of coordinators" were late to the Venue and never set the dried lavender up to be tossed as we walked back from the alter. I even went looking for the girl, no where to be found. Finally found her.. in some back room.. looking so stressed. And for what? She didn't do anything.. I moved all the tables myself... I arranged the florals.. I set up the dessert tables... All in all, we put on smiles and I attempted to have a lovely time. Even though I was in full regret from ever deciding to use Tívoli. I needed support, and unfortunately, I never received it from the staff. Also, when people decide to do the family style dinner,(all the different foods on a platter) you should be using FLAT plates. Not raised plates that almost look like pasta bowls. All the food came out smushed together. Imagine waiting 10 years to be married, and then this is your experience... I included a photo for proof. I was only delivering a cake for a wedding to Tivoli and was already a bit behind schedule in terms of awful Saturday traffic. I pulled up to Tivoli, and there was valet parking, I was able to get everything situated in the end, but I have certain individuals who made my entire shift for delivery services worth it. Quentin had helped me out in terms of emergency; he was able to provide a solution to my problem effortlessly and flawlessly. Joe in valet was ALSO able to properly direct and lead with clear and efficient communication. He let me know what was going on at the time and updated me when plans had changed slightly. Brian in security was able to communicate everything to me schedule wise. He directed me when I could deliver the cake without the bride or groom catching a glance, which I thought was extra special of him to do. He helped me with my carry in process and was a kind soul the entire time. Kristina (I apologize if I misspelled it!), helped me earlier in the day over the phone. She gave me a rundown of the wedding itinerary when requested and had eased my nerves incredibly when I discovered cake cutting time wasn't until later into the day! She did not waste my time, and her call was only a matter of a couple minutes filling me in. I'm sure everyone working at Tivoli is a pleasure to be served by but these 4 in particular made my entire day the blessing it came out to be. Our wedding day (Dec 2025) turned out to be one of the best days of our lives (so far), and the magical place that is Tivoli played a huge part in that. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the team at Trademark made us feel confident from the start that everything would go smoothly - and that it did. I can genuinely say there were no venue-related hiccups throughout the day. We felt they offered a fair package for what's included. Being able to bring in your own alcohol was huge for us (instead of paying a fortune for mid-tier options), and the only required vendor from their list is the DJ. We used Allen Walker and he was fantastic -- our guest list was a mix of ages and we had some specific requests for the vibe of the night. He nailed it. The dance floor was packed all evening. There's so much décor included, and you get a planning team to guide you through everything.. just to name a few. We toured 4-5 venues and left Tivoli knowing without a doubt it was the one. Both out-of-town and local guests kept commenting on how beautiful and unique it was -- many said they'd never been to a venue like it before. We already knew we felt this way, but it was cool that others did too. At the end of the night the most common things we heard were 1) top 3 wedding we have been to 2) all of the food was absolutely amazing (and it WAS, so many fun things to choose from and they are pretty accommodating to requests. The family style meal was a huge hit) and 3) one of the most beautiful weddings we have been to. All of this is to say - it's great. If you're on the fence and havent visited yet, go tour it. We are so happy we went with Tivoli and Trademark. A couple of things to note: the bridal suite does not open until 11am, and the grooms not until 2pm. Unfortunate as both are really nice and we would have loved to utilize them more, but due to time constraints we had to get ready off-site. The program Trademark uses to communicate and keep record of documentation is clunky. Navigating to older conversations and attached documents is a pain. You have to call to make payments, but their hours/holidays are near impossible to find. There's definitely room for improvement here but... none of which is a deal breaker. They have gorgeous venues that have clearly had a lot of thought put into them and they do put on a great event. We have nothing but overflowing happy memories of such a special day. read more

My husband and I got married at Tivoli in March 2022. It was spectacular! We began planning our wedding during uncertain COVID times, so I give Trademark venues grace for changing our coordinator several times. It did become frustrating at a point when I was unable to get a hold of a coordinator for about a month, but the planning process was smooth otherwise. I do agree with other reviews that there are many costs that are not built in to the overall price, including decor, valet parking, bartender fees, etc. It was also frustrating that we had to pay for a fee to participate in various events since we are not local, just so we could sample our wedding food. The food tasting WAS very fun and informative, however. I was very thankful that our day of went off without any hitches. The team on site was very organized and kept things on schedule, we did not feel like anyone was pushy about it at all. It was lovely to have a bridal assistant and communication was great the day of. I did ask twice for bottles of beer to be poured into goblets (once in planning and once day of), which was not completed. Again, a minor thing that could not or would not ruin our special day. We got to have our cars valeted and entered into the ceremony. After the ceremony, there were so many amazing places to take pictures. The gardens looked so pretty even in January! For cocktail hour, our family loves to drink so my cousin had two bars going at once which I thought was a really nice touch as a guest. The owner of this venue "Trademark Venues" owns several other venues nearby such as Green Gables and Twin Oaks and I've never been disappointed when going to a wedding at their venues. The staff is very friendly and the whole event is run very well. Tivoli is a very he that really provides unique different areas that work really well with the flow of a wedding. I would suggest parties no larger than 150 people to really make the most out of this intimate location. I actually don't know the max this place could accommodate but it isn't in my opinion a place to hold a huge wedding by the way it was designed. As a guest I really enjoyed myself and it was awesome that they had valet available because I could imagine if they didn't that parking would have been a bit of a nightmare since the parking lot isn't that big. Tivoli was the first and only venue that we toured for our wedding and immediately knew it was the one when we got there. I attended a late-afternoon October wedding at Tivoli. The ceremony was held under a giant oak tree, the cocktail reception was held on a shaded patio, and the sit-down dinner for 130 was held in the courtyard. Valet and self-parking were available, the restrooms were clean and spacious, and there were pockets of quieter spaces where guests could enjoy a private conversation or a restorative moment away from the social noise ;) But it was the Trademark Venues staff and food that made the biggest impressions on me. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and accommodating, and there were plenty of staff available to help with special requests or to clean up spilled drinks and broken glass on the dance floor. (Gen Z - Why do you dance with a drink in your hand? Hilarious to watch!) It's an outdoor, Italian garden feel! Fell in love from the first day I saw it and let me tell you, pictures just don't do it justice! The venue tour is self guided which is yes out of the ordinary, but it's because there's practically a wedding going on everyday. But it's nice because you get to see it partially setup which is great because you can envision how you would want your setup to be as well! There's so much greenery that you honestly don't need too much decor/florals (which is a great money saver!) Today I revisited Tivoli along with my florist. We luckily found a Trademark employee who gladly stopped and answered all our questions! Her name was Kristina and omg it was like fate meeting her! She's actually a bridal assistant for Tivoli and said she would most likely be mine this coming September! Talking with Kristina put me at ease with all the questions and concerns I had for my upcoming wedding! She was so personable and easy to talk to!I we could've talked for hours! Most importantly, she didn't make me feel rushed or inferior with all my million questions lol she legitimately loves her job and I can already tell she's gonna make the day go by wayyyy easier with just her presence. I recently attended a wedding as a guest and while the wedding venue is gorgeous and the whole set up was really pretty, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The wedding was held in the early evening starting at 4 pm. It was a very cold evening and there weren't enough heaters to keep the guests warm. The heaters were placed some distance between rows of tables and did nothing to keep the guests sitting at the tables warm. Wedding guests were also not allowed to put their jackets/coats and bags on their seats when they arrived . The security guard at the venue told us no personal belongings were allowed on the seats until after the cocktail drinks were served. The venue was obviously more concerned about aesthetics than the comfort of their guests. The place had to look pretty for picture taking at the expense of the guests being comfortable. The cookies that were made as party favors for the wedding guests were not being put out on the table as instructed. Thankfully, it was found kept in the back room and brought out before the guests left. The only good thing about this venue is that it's pretty. It's hard to enjoy a party when most of the guests are shivering throughout the evening. The guests have to keep warm being on the dance floor or gathering around the heaters. It was so cold. I would think twice about holding an event here in the evening. read more

They really have figured out how to make everybody's wedding perfect. Attended a wedding here on Valentine's Day weekend. The venue is an Italian style house with a courtyard - that's where the reception was. My GPS struggled to find the place, surrounded by trees, but we made it there relatively quickly. Overall we had a good time, good food, and the venue is very pretty. She kept us on track throughout the whole planning process, she is such a pleasant person to work with, she led our rehearsal day seamlessly (and our families LOVED her), and of course knocked it out of the park on our wedding day. I had absolutely nothing to worry about on the day, thanks to her! Our day ran like a well-oiled machine! Another thing I loved about Mikaela is she had my husband and I's best interest in mind the whole time. My husband and I planned our wedding at Tivoli in only 5 months. There is NO way we could've done it without the staff at Tivoli. Our coordinator, April is AMAZING! If you get her (not sure if you can request), you are in great hands. She is so kind and really cares about the vision! She was so communicate and helpful every step of the way. She did amazing with rehearsal and day of coordination. She was always checking in on me and my husband as well as our parents to make sure everything was going smoothly and we had everything we needed. The service here is seriously top notch. You are not only paying for the beautiful venue and grounds but also for the service, help, and coordination from all of the staff. They really know what they are doing and execute everything beautifully. I was told by multiple guests that it was the most beautiful and "magical" wedding they had ever been to. The place speaks for itself! The Piazza is the besssssst part with the string lights, fountain, and vibe of feeling like you're really in Europe. Our pictures turned out soooo good- such a beautiful venue with so many beautiful spots. The food is pretty good for a wedding! Appetizers were the best part! So yummy. My only complaint is that bar service can only be for 4.5 hours and for a winter wedding we found it extremely hard to work with. Our ceremony had to be at 4pm because of the sunset which meant our bar opened at 4:30 and had to close at 9pm although the celebration continued till 10. Tuscan villa secluded in the hills of north county San Diego! Toured this spot for a family members wedding last weekend and we were all blown away. From the moment we arrived we were all in awe of the gorgeous view of the rolling hills and untouched land, something very rare to find nowadays, especially closer to the city. The view seriously felt like a hillside in Italy. There were birds chirping and the sunlight behind the hills was breathtaking. I cannot image a more gorgeous spot for a wedding ceremony to overlook. Next, we toured the reception "Piazza" which is tucked inside of the Villa, it has lights and greenery but my FAVORITE part was the bar. There is a big pizza oven behind it and beautiful brick detail, it was an Italian modern dream. It's also BYO which our family loved because one of our family friends owns a winery so we can bring in wine from there with no restrictions. The bridal suite and grooms suites were so dreamy. The bride has a boho/Moroccan style space and the grooms is more manly with leather furniture, games and vintage decor. I cannot wait to attend their wedding in the spring of 2022! read more

The views at this venue are crazy beautiful. My sister got married at the Trademark Venue Twin Oaks House & Gardens and had the most beautiful wedding. Now my best friend is on the search for a venue and this one had so much charm and beauty. After touring this venue we felt like we were in Italy... they had a cute little bike in front of the venue which just added such a nice touch. Our family lounged in the "Piazza" for 30 minutes because we just enjoyed the nice breeze and the open air feel. The venue allows BYO alcohol which is one of the big reasons we like it..... i have heard through the grapevine that they now allow you to bring hard liquor which is very cool. This venue is located in Fallbrook and when entering it into maps you may want to type "N.E. Mission Rd" because we didn't and ended up on the other side of the freeway. This place is in a town called Fallbrook I didn't visit the town, I think it's a few miles away from this wedding venue. The approach is up a large hill and there's a beautiful view when we were sitting at the ceremony. The ceremony was in front of a big tree and the view was behind it. After that, we went into a courtyard, it looks like the house that surrounds it is historic is like an Italian style. We sat in the middle of the courtyard at large wooden tables and the food was served to each table. At night there was a lot of lights overhead and we danced in the courtyard, it was really a nice experience and we had a good time a lot of laughs. We were married last Saturday, February 17, 2024. Stephanie was our assigned coordinator through TMV and she made the wedding planning process so smooth. She was answered any and all questions we had and had us leaving every meeting feeling good about where we stood in the planning process. She let us know everything that was our responsibility vs their's vs our vendor's down to the number of each type of candle and votive we needed for the reception. Day of, Stephanie and our bridal assistant Kristina, kept us updated with what the plan was next, while at the same time, making sure we were given the flexibility to enjoy our day as we wanted. They made sure to keep our bridal party and parents updated and even had time to speak to each of them and make sure they knew how important they were to us! Came here for a wedding a couple weeks ago. Loved the venue everything was mesmerizing and beautiful there. We arrived in our Benz brand new off the lot that we don't ever valet but were greeted by some positive energy coming from the valet. They guaranteed my car was safe in there hands and even offered me a front row spot and allowed me to park it. Numerous times during the wedding I'd go to my car to change and those valet were on point with service, punctuality and respect. Great power team in that service .
